I made this tag following a tutorial,but than i lost my way in so i just did my own thing.Kinda looks messed up to me lol.
Aww, it's Elmo ! ; ) Well I think it is adorable but it looks a little messy around him, and he kind of melts into that. Good job I like it a lot!
=D That's really, really kewl! I would say put some clipping masks on those red brush strokes, though. And that yellow dot would be cooler if you made it more solid. Great job. EDIT: Also, blend Elmo in a bit more.
He's got faint white edges...I'm not sure if that was intentional or not. The background is too close to Elmo's color, if you ask me....
XD I know the exact tut you were following. Erm...anyway. Very nice siggeh. The affects that you actually have are very nice. I would suggest putting just a few, small and subtle affects over Elmo to blend him in more. And the background....well it dowsn't need anymore in my opinion. Uh...that's it I guess
