"Sorry Kaori." Kira smiled as she walked off.

A few mintues later Kira was lying in the crook of the branch of a elm tree in a nearby park. She was watching the people walking around below and occasionally looking up at the orange and yellow, purple cloud streaked dusk sky.

 

Rachel just suddenly appeared next to Kira. She grinned a little. "Hi."

 

Sharix walked along some path around town boredly.

Koji followed her. "nothing much happens huh?"

"nope.." She replies.

 

OOC- Sorry if I sound rude, I don't mean to. But boredley isn't a word....

"Oh, hi Rachel." Kira smiled peacfully leaning her head against the tree trunk.

BIC: "what are you doing here?" Rachel asked. "Looking at the sky?"

They continued to walk around.

"Pretty much... Nature just amazes me. I mean, little things like, every snowflake is different and the patterns clouds make in the sky. How flowers return to bloom year in and year out... It's all so complicated, yet so simple."

 

"Yeah, the only thing that can cool me down when I'm angry is the clouds." Rachel replied. Shetook few steps forward and lie down on the grass. Its always good to stare at the clouds. Rachel thought.

 

Kaori shrugged and walked into a alleyway then she climbed up onto a roof and laided back, staring at the sun. "fire, water, earth, air, light, darkness," she muttered to herself repetting it over and over.

 

"Hey... Thinking Princess again?" Kira said climbing up the fire escape.

 

Kaori sighed and said, "yeah, but i'm a bit worried about rachel, we can't take someone who is that young, even if there is loads of us, and what she went over her limit of using fire? the after effects are terrible, remember that time where i went over the limit? i caught i horrible fever and couldn't move a inch. Also whats-his-name said something about dieing if you went to far..." Kaori trailed off.

 

"I know, I'm worried about the kid too." Kira sighed "But, it's her choice. Remember when you where her age and you hated the older ones telling you what you can and can't do? I do, I hated it. And I swore I'd never be that person, I don't go back on promises. Even if their to myself. You know that, all we can do is protect her. Nothing else."

 

"i know, but too many people have been hurt and almost killed on this journey, we failed the last time what will happen if we fail again? the whole journey would be for nothing, plus god knows how many people might be hurt." Kaori sighed, she just wanted to keep rachel safe, she decided this ever since she laided eyes on her, "you know, Rachel looks a bit like my younger sister." Kaori laughed.

 

"I just realised, I've never really heard you talk about you're family that much before..." Kira said as she sat down on the edge of the building.

 

"there not much point.... but if you want to know, my brother is still away, thinking he can become stronger than keon, my eldest brother, and rose started to learn how to fight, mother and father started a new school, and thats about it since i went back to check on them." kaori said as she sat beside Kira.

 

"Complicated family huh?" Kira smiled sadly "I can't remember much about my family... It's been so long..."

 

"you should visit them sometime, i only checked on my family, next time i think i'll check on the whole clan." Kaori said with a small smile.
