I also liked Eragon but I hated the fact that the dragon had the voice of a female.

The dragon had the voice of a female because Saphira is a female dragon. That's sort of self-explanatory.

Yeah I know but when I went to go see it I was hoping to here a deep, dragony voice,and I was hoping that the dragon would be a male.

Eldest is the second book to Eragon. They're making the second movie, so I heard. ^_^ Can't wait....I wonder if they'll show the seizures he has...

 

If you have read the book then you would clearly know that the dragon is a female. No director can change the sex of the dragon since there is a clear reason why that the dragon is a female. I'm not going to say why since it's in the second book.

 

*rolls eyes* Just because a book has a dragon in it, doesn't make it good.... I guess that's the kind of reasoning Paolini went on when deciding what to write about.

 

I kinda have to agree with this. I tried reading "DragonRiders of Pern" and it bored me immeadatly. Some books with dragons can be pretty bad.

But Paolini's books are excellent.

 

Sorry but I despised the movie ^^...I love the book but the movie was just...not good ^^;;

 

Eh, the movie could have had a LOT of improvements, but I loved it anyway. XD
