Taken from this DA journal, which has more info. I thought it'd mean more coming from someone who is facing this as it is happening. I hope no one else dies and things settle down quickly.
It may not be very much, but I bet most, if not all, had families and people who loved and cared for them. So saying that they're "not much" is just offensive.
I didn't mean it like that.... I meant that there could be thousands of casualties, and thank God there were only 17. And yes, I know there were family and friends who loved them. *takes off hypothetical hat* I am truly sorry.
I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions there, that was my fault. Just been an emotional week for me... Either way, yes, I agree with you. I am very thankful that there weren't more deaths.
I heard of this guy in Italy 30 years ago who predicted that there would be an earthquake on this exact day of this exact year. Only in Italy. Pretty darn close prediction, though. /thoughtitwaskindarelevant
