she quickly caught his leg, throwing him onto the sofa. "trust me kid-" there was a knock at the door. "-don't mess with me.." she looked around. "okay, take your shoes off, put your feet up, act natural." she opened the door.

 

"What ever".......Herax took out his game boy

 

he did as she said,he sat back down,putting his feet up on the sofa

she sat on the floor,hugging her knees

 

Herax Did the same still playing his gameboy

 

she opened the door, smiling fakely at the two officers stood there. "hello..." she smiled, letting them both in.

 

he looked around when they entered

The police looked at the two on the sofa, and at Herax playing his Gameboy.

she smiled. "anymore questions? we were just about to go to the local takeaway..." she grinned.

"no..." the first officer nodded. "that will be all..." they both walked out.

 

"whats a....take away?"he said looking curious.

"well..." she said, sitting down opposite. "it's food that tastes good, but it is bad for you..." she pulled a face. "not that nice really... if you ask me. you gotta go pick it up from a place, where its cooked for you."

 

"why do you eat it....if its bad for you?"he asked"wont that hurt you?"

 

she smiled, for the first time, naturally, showing all her hwite teeth, which were quite sharp; hence the reason she didn't show them often. "people eat it... then they think it's okay if they do a bit of excersize the next day... it's all silly, really."

 

he nodded,grinning slightly

 

don't you have stuff like that at your home?" she asked.
