naw, the PS4 is a lot cheaper to make, and Sony has a lot to lose. The high price was an act of hubris and a huge mistake, Sony won't do that again,

and Sony has been pretty good lately

 

With all the bad press they're getting and the rumors flying around about the One and what they're doing to make themselves look good. (Including a rumor that they're paying people to make good reviews and pay for/host a website that still say it's a bad console, not sure if it's true.)

This seems a perfect time to quell the rumors. I saw the Pre-E3 videos and I was "eh..." During most of it. The only ones that caught my attention were Kinect. The price alone is way outside of my budget. I hope they don't pull a sony and only sell 4 per store or something.

 

It might be cheaper and Microsoft tends to be greedy greedy. I really am hoping its cheaper. I have high hopes for the PS4. But no one can tell what will happen. Sony has been okay as of recent. But that could all be an act.

 

I don't know, Sony seems to have really thrown everything out there this console. Right now, all they probably have to do is say: "We're doing the exact opposite of Xbox, watch some dancing kitties for the next hour."

And they'd still have floods of people buying their consoles because of what they said so far. The trailers for the games Pre-E3 look fantastic.

 

Of course it's an act. If the PS3 had been dominant instead of the xbox, we'd probably be looking at a reverse of the situation
But as it stands, Sony has a lot to gain by being the good guy here, and if there's one thing a business can do, it's sniff out good opportunities, and you don't get opportunities like this one often.
If Sony blows it, I predict mass firings

 

And now for EA to disappoint us.

PLEASE just at least make sure Dragon Age III is good ;.;

 

Xbox kinda reminds me right now about their systems with Windows.

They always have a pattern of: "Holy crap, best OS ever." To: "F'ing hell, this is the worst OS I've ever seen." Though some people might like it, the general opinion is mostly from: "This is great" to: "DEAR GOD, MAKE THIS TERROR END!!!"

I don't know what the original Xbox was like, I never played it or looked into it. But the 360 was REALLY good. Maybe Microsoft just has this never ending cycle like this and this is going to be another Vista, 8, ME of consoles for them.

Their presentation seemed, eh... The only games I really seemed to like are for Kinect. I am interested in EA's offer.

Really excited for Mirror's Edge 2, especially since they're taking their time on it.

Rest of EA was eh. Though it was pretty cool to see 64 people playing battlefield live.

I liked EA's better than Microsoft, a lot more theatrical and engaging, ha. Still not really gonna get an X1 ($500 sheesh). None of the X1 exclusives looked too interesting barring Below. MGSV and Dark Souls 2 were an excellent intro though, but since they'll also be for PS4...lol.

Xbox one: will cost 1100 dollars in Brazil :(... luckly I didn't want it anyway.
There were some good games at Xbox, but none that made me consider buying the console, I expected more if they were about to "Kill sony".. I missed also some fun thing to become a MEME , even the Battlefield problem didn't result in any fun quote like MY BODY IS READY and GIANT ENEMY CRABS FROM ANCIENT JAPAN! Playstation and Nintendo are way better in these ç.ç I hope Sony amuses me when they do something wrong (if they do).
I though it was Ubisoft:> EA> MIcrosoft. I hope Sony supass everyone!
The crew : I don't like cars games , but all that open world thing and being huge impressed me.
The Division: Didn't see the RPG aspect of it yet, it seems like a random shotter... but I have high hopes!
South Park : I wouldn't mind if they skiped AC and Watch dogs for some South Park game play.
Rayman :Ps vita's version seems great!
Microsoft got that zumbi game that seems fun , and DARK SOULS II, RYSE also seems good! And their version of little big planet (Spark)!

The only real good news from microsoft is that LIVE GOLD will give free games for the users (Just like Ps Plus), in the end it will be better than buying games, as you have to sign in Live, you might as well get some games, also the games you buy will be expensive and you won't be able to share or sale, so at least it will be cheaper to get on Live.
