Regarding this year's E3 2011 Expo event, Kingdom Hearts 3D appears to lack the Square-Enix lineup of games. In my opinion, I'm not surprised. I had my reasons for not reporting information regarding 3D because I felt nothing was 100% confirmed (sorry for those of you that thought I was behind on news, but clearly posting rumors isn't worth it).

Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance and Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded were both featured at last year's event, but between the recent earthquake and the slow developing process of our dearly beloved series, it appears that fans will have to wait a bit longer. What ever the reason is, Kingdom Hearts shall shine in 2012 for the decade since the series released...or will it (I'm not even talking about the end of the world this time...but just about the delay of it overall)?

What ever the reasons are behind the delay for Kingdom Hearts titles such as Dream Drop Distance and Kingdom Hearts III, KH-Vids will continue to keep you updated on the latest.

The lineup for Square-Enix can be found below, thanks to our member (p).

Those points are pretty much lies. Just about all of them are factually incorrect. For starters, Square Enix hasn't had a "show" for years like the other publishers, they merely attend the event itself and sometimes have a press round table panel whenever they have a big announcement (Ie, FFXIII to 360).

Also, anyone can attend E3 during the latter days, you don't have to work for a gaming site.

This is disapointing, but not unexpected what with the earthquake and the reactor and all that jazz.

On the plus side, by the time 3D actually comes out in english the price tag of the 3DS may have dropped a bit, since 3D and Ocarina of Time are the only reason I'd want one.

In the meantime there are lots of other excellent releases to tide us over.

While I appreciate the snide remark, you should really wait the couple of days out until E3 before you go making claims like that. I believe KH3D will appear at E3, and I've provided appropriate reasoning to support that view. Whether I'm correct or not, I'm not "trolling visitors for traffic".

I agree. We should all wait. That's why my title still remains with a question mark. I just think for now it's better for everyone to feel it won't happen and later be surprised than saying it is and it later not happening. I totally agree with you. Last year, both KH titles were a surprise, so we truly don't know what's going to happen this year. By all means, I hope I'm wrong and some news from Dream Drop Distance will be revealed. I was just confirming this piece based on what Square-Enix posted.

Let's put some money where your mouth is.

We are one conference down. (Although Microsoft's Conference would always be the least likely of the three).

But seriously, it's not like I have inside sources or anything. I'll take a ban bet even.

Edit: Would you look at that, Sony's conference is done too. Guess your last chance is Nintendo's.

People, enough. This is not the place to insult the journalism work other sites may/may not do. And no ban bets, please. If anyone has a problem with another site, it should be brought to them, not here.

You can however disagree with what news they've decided to show, as long as it pertains this thread, and is done in an appropriate manner~

That said, it all comes down to Nintendo. I'm really hoping anything Kingdom Hearts related is shown. I think it's conceited of them to make all these commotion and then have nothing to show for it. May as well not presume anything, if they don't have anything, like VSXIII and Kingdom Hearts III, which seem to be stuck in development hell.

Well looks like all three conferences are done. Already knew before E3 started via my contacts that Kingdom Hearts wouldn't be there. (Not that you need contacts to know it, they said it publicly, despite the fan sites trying to hype it regardless). It's just good to have it happen and prove you people right.

Anyway, sorry if I came off brash, I am in a much lighter mood now that there's no arguments for the other side. :)

Congrats on being right, guess I was too optimistic/naive.

I agree with Chev. This is not a competition. Anything more about subject...the thread will close. It's just a gaming event...

E3 today was pretty constructive, a few more things were discussed, I barely got a glimpse of Square Enix's section, for like...two seconds. ):

I'll be on the lookout for Kingdom Hearts tomorrow. (: (crossing my fingers)
