Dust storm chokes Sydney

It's not just Sydney hun, it's in Brisbame too. It's pissing me off.​

I'm allergic to dust. Thank god I can't die from it, but I do get sick.​

 

Just saw all the dust on the news, its all red. That can't be too good being allergic to dust.

 

i couldnt get to the car this morning without coughing, i didnt go to school

 

I heart about that from a person on our bus today. Apparently the sky turned orange?

 

Well I heard it was worse in Sydney, but yeah it was orange here, and you could feel the dust, it was duisgusting! I feel like throwing up now, which isn't a usual sympton so yeah, it's bad. Thank god I'm on holidays.​

 

What caused it?

 

My dad said it was high winds blowing over the deserts in Central Australia and it got blown here to the East.​

 

We actually got a slight draugth here 0_0
What's happening to the world, is global warming acting up??

 

Actually we had a drought that lasted about 10 years here and it's getting better now, so I doubt it's global warming, for use it would be just some freaky winds.​

 

Oh but I love wind XD
It's just that three people went home sick today and I feel pretty ill as well..

How does the wind feel like, I mean, is it like dry dusty and hot?

As terrible as it is for the peopel woh live their, including everyone on here, it's still an amazing natural occurence.
You are pretty lucky to see anything like this, not many people would ever see anything as 'exotic' as this.

Wow, this morning, I was looking down our road (going to school) and I saw the most beautiful sunrise which was a lovely orange :/

I wonder if it's the same thing lol.

 

I was in my room with the window open (it was too hot for me :/8D:) and I could smell that bloody dust. I went to my window and all I could see was orange. >.>
I have to say this, it smelled weird.
