    I just got back from the gym, and wanna know

    What are METs?

    I was using a stationary bike and it showed 3.4 or something like that every so often ( like every couple seconds really), and I have no clue what those are.

    Anyone know?

    Damn...I mean really...*shakes head* Thanks. Here's to my college ed. XD

    And no...not the Mets...I doubt I'd be burning a baseball team instead of calories while working out...lol
