Dual Wielder's Banned?!

Hate to be a noob about this, and you go ahead an hate me for making this topic. I don't even care why or how he was. I am just fairly surprised that it happened...........I know this isn't his first banning, but usually he doesn't do things to get himself banned...........Doesn't this shock anyone else?!

And Hes only banned for a week from my belief.

 

I found out about it a few days ago. I don't know what happened, but it he must've freaked out about something to get banned.
