Drunk Me + MSN = Bad idea...

lol. So crazy party last night was crazy.
Also, I saved a life last night. (No joke, I really did.)


Anyway..
I want to apologise to any KHVers I may have messaged last night while I was intoxicated.
It seems that once back at my mates house I managed to find an internet connection and hilarity ensued.
I recall a few key convos, but anyone else... I am not sure :P
Who knows... maybe the convos I do remember were the only ones, but yeah lol

Anyway, all sober now and as a usual bonus, I have no hangover. (I never get them thankfully XD)
So yeah KHV, thought I'd drop this here.

It's always great fun to read your logs after being drunk and on MSN. So much fun *cough*

 

I never get them either! Been drunk...3 times now? Haven't had it once. Crap people find it entertaining when i'm drunk..must be something to do with me being a happy drunk. Let me know next time you do it and i'll join ya XD it shall be GLORIOUS

 

Basically, I was round my mates house after the party since he lives a lot closer than I do to where we had the party.
Anyway, when we got back... he crashed on his bed and was out like a light instantly, he was lying on his back however and started being sick and choking on his own vomit etc shortly after.
He's lucky I don't sleep and that I was busy being a drunk mess on MSN. If I had been asleep in my state, well, I dread to think what would have happened.

Anyway. I had to hit his arm a few to wake him up first (meanwhile I was in my drunk state, so I feel that it's impressive I handled it so well... lol) and after helping him out a bit, I then put him in the recovery position. (I didn't even realise I knew it, but apparently through instinct, I did the right thing.)
After that, there wasn't much trouble with him, and since I was up on MSN for most of the night (till 6am my time) I was able to keep an eye on him.

As for the chat logs, I was borrowing his laptop and he doesn't record his MSN convo's into logs. So I wouldn't be able to bring them up even if I wanted to. lol

 

I tried playing Demon Souls when I was hammered. Didn't work.

The legal age is 21!

You apparently haven't heard of the country Germany have you?

 

It's legal to drink inside your home if you have your parents permission in most states.

 

So what if he did? I drank before I was allowed to. Only difference is that our legal drinking age is 16 and I started mid 15.

 

In the UK
The legal drinking age is 18.
I'm 19, hence not illegal.

That is a matter of perspective.
Some countries the drinking age is 16 as opposed to England's 18 or your 21 etc.
It's like how here, the driving age is 17 but some places the driving age is 16.

It's like how here, the legal age for sex is 16 and in some place it is 18 or completely different (some countries it's even younger). lol

You're entitled to opinion. But the law is the law in whatever country/state etc you're in.

 

Actually no it is too old of an age. Regardless of what laws say people at that age group and younger will drink. Not all of them will but some will. If the are going to drink in large amounts something is bound to happen. If the age for drinking was lowered then it would decrease the amount of deaths because the kids who are drinking won't be afraid to call for help if someone is drinking too much or if something happens.

 

Plus the legal drinking age in America used to be 18 as well(except in Florida I think).

 

So is 21. I personally think it ought to be 25.

That is kind of generalized but somewhat true

What would help even more is better education on the subject and some kind of supervision by experienced, responsible drinkers
