Dream Jobs

All you guys who want to work in games get together and make an indie game, it will look great on a demo reel. I noticed you got someone that wants to programmer, designer, animator, voice actor and artist. You guys are set :D haha.

I feel weird saying it but I actually work for a videogame company >.> I won't mention who (in case I get in trouble ?.?) but we are a part of one of the top 10 publishers in the world. I'm a game tester but I want to move into the art field. I started off as an art intern and then applied for a job as soon as something came up haha. Well you know what they say, it's all about who you know. So I'm in a good place now me thinks.

I know I want to move overseas and travel. I kind of used to want to work in the videogame industry but now I think the film industry would be awesome. My dream is Disney, I'll fetch coffee if I really need to haha, I just want to work there. Or I'll work in 3d modelling. Go work for Weta Digital or something.

 

I'm still in high school and I never really thought of it, but I guess being an actress or a manga artist would be awesome ;D Or maybe a photographer. Anything that involves with arts sounds pretty good to me :3

 

At the moment, I'm attending school for a degree in music. I don't totally know where I'd like to go with it though. Presently, my idea is to work as a teacher, but more so with performers, rather than from the theory angle. It's way more exciting to teach people to perform, in my opinion, mostly because it has that "hands on" feel. My uncle is always pressuring me to break out for some performance gigs, like the club scene and all, but I haven't found much in that regard, and I don't think I have the time to get a band going to facilitate that sort of commitment at the moment. If anything, I'd fall onto that as an aside to teaching; I wouldn't want to risk getting wrapped up in the industry too much though, considering that it might lend itself to creative compromise for the sake of crowd appeal.

But seeing as music is a hard place to jump into the deep end with, I intend on holding myself to a fallback in either a psychology or business field. But I would definitely try to keep music somewhere in my life, even if I can't make it as a full profession.

 

I wouldnt call it a dream job, because my job is just an average everyday job. But I'll fit the title :lolface:

My dream job is to become a doctor. Working in the E.R fighting for peoples lives every second of the day. I also wouldnt mind becoming a Police Officer, because I want to follow in my dads footsteps. :lolface:

 

I've always wanted to be:

1. Singer- I've been told I'm a good singer, and me and friends would do a trio kinda thing like Destiny's child (lol) or a band. I guess we could always go on America's got Talent or somethin like that, but I've always wanted to be discovered by an agent ya'know?

2. Writer- For those of you who read my stories here, they aren't as well as I hoped. But, on Fanfiction and Fictionpress, I plan on putting my whole being into the next ones I'll do.
Plus, my mom loves one of them, she's my biggest supporter.

3. Artist- Cuz, um, I can draw? And I love drawing.

4. Photographer- I love taking pics with my dad's Camcorder. My favorite are the ones where I'm laying on the ground taking pics of the Sun, the Moon, the Sky and Clouds. Hehe, I took a picture of me with a Tiger!

 

i wanna be English Teacher, (i'm from brazil). My best grade is always English, and my friends always ask me: "Excasr! Hello! Come here often (I study here -_-)?! How're you, man? Can ya help me in the English homework???"

 

A successful, and hopefully famous, musician. Alternative Hip-Hop to be exact. Been working on it for the past three years, and after this next year of high school I plan to get a degree in music theory and sound engineering, because I love mixing vocals and you can make some good money out of it so if I don't get super ****ing famous I can still get paid and be around music.

 

I actually am torn between two which are similar but very different at the same time. Forensics or Psychologist. I'm actually saving for college to major in Forensics because even my usually negative mom believes I can be great enough at it to maybe actually get into NCIS here in CA which is my big dream for Forensics. I love math and science and excel at them. These kind of things fascinate me to no end plus I'm pretty good at spotting something detailed with my OCD and ADD before I even see the big picture. My mom will be starring at a building and I'll suddenly point out something like...maybe they used a small star instead of a dot in an 'I' on a sign. That's how my brain function. And to use that something else I'm passionate about, justice, is all the better.

As for Psychology...well, I've always been the go to person with my friends. I've been noted at having a very opened heart and a very high empathy. If someone whom I know even just a little has a problem I tend to be the person they go to for advice. I have....this way of reading people where I can see pain behind even the brightest smile and feel this need to help lift that weight off if I can. I don't like seeing someone hurt in anyway if it can be helped. I've found with my whole brain combining logic and emotion equally I'm actually quite good at it. I've have had more then once when a friend ignored my advice what I was worried might happen did happen. That's why I'd also love to do this; to use my skills and if that doesn't work I'm sure I can use the same skills for criminal profiling like on Criminal Minds.

And I'm rambling. I hope that didn't sound to much like bragging. I try to be honest about myself without going overboard but honestly my whole brain is one of the things I'm prideful of so sorry if I sounds like I'm saying anything like 'I'm better then you'. I try not to and I know tone is hard to convey over the internet. Ugh....rambling again. Shutting up now.

anyways my "dream" job is like all over the place but i mean i'm kind of set as to what i want to do with my life. i'm probably going to be an operating room nurse then get into being a nurse anesthetist and they make damn good money. but if i wanted to go the more creative route my cousin works in square enix na and japan and is in japan like for months on end out of the year and he usually takes me to tokyo randomly so he could potentially get me connections if i wanted to go that route. so either square enix or pixar because anything disney/pixar is amazing to me dlsfkjdslkhgfdlh ❤ or maybe like the NSA since my dad has connections there and i speak pretty complex languages to learn and could translate, etc. idk man i wish i had 9 lives like a cat so i could do it all.
