Now that's a surprise. I'm hope that Dream Drop Distance be release really soon then (a late summer/fall).

This title will bring us a lot of characters we miss, and the ones that are bad (but we still miss) like Vanitas. Of course, Xemnas has a mystery and Vanitas will do something too. And the moment we find again, our friends (Axel, Xion, for example), will they still be the same? Or maybe something happened to change their mind and in the future they will be by our sides again?

I don't think we will get a late summer release. I actually think it will either be early summer, or mid summer. Possibly June/July. Considering it's a fairly anticipated game in North America, I doubt they will hold it for too long. Even though it would make sense to have it on the same day as the original, I doubt it. As far as the big thing for the 10th year anniversary, I'm guessing it's figurines or art or something like that.

Or an announcement of an HD remake.

Oh god ... an hd remake of KH and KH2 for the ps3 in 2-in-1 game pack would be awsome for an anniversary ! But i have to stop dreaming ... how many chances do we have to get at least 1 hd remake ? .... i don't think we have that many . As for DDD i think it will come around early or mid summer (i hope it does, i can't wait any longer).

Honestly, I think a HD remake of KHI is quite possible. When it was released it was one of the best-selling games when it was released. It was (not sure if it still is) on the top 10 sold video games on PS2 ever. I think we'll see it.

I am very excited for KH3D. In my opinion, a Fall release date for the US sounds very reasonable. For the big surprise, if it isn't KH3D, I hope it is HD Remakes of the KH and KH2 (hoping the FM versions).

I think the december 2012 release date is a fill in date until the actual date is announced, gamestop does stuff like that all the time

they could not be more wrong, that is made up, and even if they are are right, thats just when They will receive DDD, not when it will be released.

I hope thats not actually the release date Cause thats after the end of the world But seriously, a mid summer release date sounds pretty reasonable. I mean the game is already made, the just have to change the text and voices right? That shouldn't take too long.

Umm... Mike, you do know this happens to almost every game that gets localized right? Its not a confirmed date nor it will happen. I will believe DDD will be released in the summer. Winter is just way too behind. The same thing happen to The 3rd Birthday if I remember correctly.

I can see Dream Drop Distance being released in NA in September. Particularly being released on September 21, 2012 since it was somewhere before that date when BBS came out in 2010.

That's what they do. It's a December 31, 2012 date and they relate to it as a place holder for the actual date.

If I am not mistaken, it's quite common to put a temporary date 31st of 20XX when it has been announced to be released 2012, just so people can pre order it and be prepared as far as stock goes.
