Fandub Dream Drop Distance: Fandub Production (Secret Video)

Hello KH-Vids. The secret trailer that released yesterday for Valentine's Day by Cupid (coughSquare-Enixcough) was a surprise to say the least.

The trailer that released during the Jump Festa event has been dubbed by the KH-Vids fandub team. We set auditions and received well over 50 various roles. The team has been selected and will remain as the "current" fandub production for all Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance videos.

The new trailer that surfaced early yesterday now gives other fans/members a chance to lend their voice in this trailer. We are looking for members to voice as Hugo, Braig, Victor, Quasimodo, Sam, Flynn, Quorra, Geppeto and the blue fairy.

People who already have roles in this fandub could also audition for additional characters listed above. The full translation of the trailer can be found below. Did I mention how great is to be voicing as Roxas again! Man its so GREAT!

Deadline: Monday, February 20th 2012

Submissions: Please send all auditions to me at cgnetproductions@aol.com. Email subject must say KHV Fandub Production_username_charactername(s). All lines must be sent as username_character_line#. Please send audio files as mp3. Audacity would be a good program to use for this audition.

If you are new to auditions, you will also receive a "pin" for at least trying to be involved with the Kingdom Hearts community.

I noticed there's other that you haven't mentioned Mike like Ansem, Braig, and young MX. Will you be casting those as well?

Yes, but those have already been cast. Sorry but new parts have been opened up as well so try for those!

 

Hey Mike I think there's a mistake here:

I think you meant Young Xehanort for Vanitas there. Vanitas has only one line. T_T

That said though I think Young Xehanort should be made as a different role from regular Xehanort. Unless TheVader74 can do a younger Xehanort voice different from his regular Xehanort voice, I was kinda weirded out in the last trailer when young Xehanort sounded...mature.

 

Yeah I was a little weirded out as well.

 

Mike, you also didn't credit yourself as Neku in the Vocal Team.

Anyways as for auditioning for new characters...hmm...those don't fit my voice type at all lol. Maybe Quasimodo or Sam? Though it'll probably sound ridiculous, nevertheless I shall try, gotta work on adapting my voice to various roles if I want to get better right?

 

I tried for Braig as I can do the surfer accent and voice pretty good.

I asked and he said he was up for grabs.

I really need to get a mic for my computer! Curse you high prices! I'd love to voice Braig! Dude, Cali surfer voice, yeah man. Gnarly.

 

That's because I said I need lines from the following people and not fro me since I already have my lines...

Btw, just credit me as PaW and forget the Ross part. It's shorter, and few know me by it.

Oh the translation, how I have waited to see it...

For the KHV fandub, I doubt I will have time to try. Maybe I will but no guarantees.
