Chapter 8
“ you called me your what?”

To be honest…the rest of the night was boring, after we kissed (and im not going to say how long we kissed for) he gave me a tour of his house. It was big and nice, very clean, but still very cozy. After he showed me that back yard, which had a pool and a Jacuzzi, he asked if I wanted to take a dip, I said yes so, after he gave me a huge smile and lead me up stairs and borrowed me a pair of his swim trunks. He wouldn’t leave the room however so I had to push him out in order for me to change.

“what kind of guy do you think I am?” I yelled as I pushed him out of the room.
“a cute one” he winked and shut the door, I about died. I hurried and got his trunks on, they were kind of big but they still fit fine. I walked out of the room with a white T-shirt on and went down stairs, he was already outside with his shirt off, getting the pool ready. I walked out onto the back yard and he turned and smiled at me.

“hey cutie” he called to me, I blushed and walked over to him, he was standing at the edge of the pool, I got up close and leaned in and just before I kissed him, I pushed him in the pool. He fell backwards very gracefully, I think he knew I was going to do that. I still laughed as he surfaced and he was soaking wet. I was still laughing when he got out of the pool, and he ran up to me and gave me a big wet hug, I screamed the water was cold! He just laughed and jumped back in, I took of my shirt and dived in.

We spent hours in the pool swimming and talking. And a few times he cornered me at the edge of a pool and started to kiss me, I got kind of mad, we were outside! What if some one saw us! So he promised not to do it again. After we started to get hungry we got out and headed back up to his room, he handed me a towel and pointed to his bathroom. “go shower and ill have some food ready” I gladly went in to the bathroom and relaxed in the shower, after I started to smell food coming from down stairs, I got out and walked out, I found a pair of his sweat pants and a T-shirt on his bed, I thought it would be funny to wear his clothes as a joke, I quick pulled them on and walked down stairs.

Ill tell you there is nothing hotter than a man that knows how to cook, he was over the stove cooking something amazing, it smelled great.
“hey Wyatt, what are you cooking?”
“Asian chicken with noodles, I hope you like Chinese” he said
“I love Chinese!” I replied.

I only waited a bit more before he turned around with two plates full of food. I said thank you and we ate at the counter. After we finished I helped him with dishes and he asked him I would want to watch a movie with him, I checked the time, it was only 7:30, why not.

So he lead me into his living room, he told me to pick out a movie while he went and showered, “oh by the way” he said “ you look sexy in those clothes” he winked and went up stairs, I was blushing for five minutes. I went thought there movie selection, they had almost every movie id ever seen, I decided to put in ‘Beauty and the Beast’, I sat there ready to hit play for about a minute before he came back down the stairs wearing a brown sweatshirt and grey sweat pants. He sat down next to me, and I curled up close to him and hit play.

We sat there watching the movie, well I wasn’t really paying attention I was to busying trying not to fall asleep, I was tried from swimming, my stomach was full, and I was very comfortable, about half way through the movie Wyatt saw that I was about to fall asleep and offered to bring me home.

“no” I said sleepily
“would you like to stay the night?” he asked whispering softly
“uhuh” was all I replied, he handed me the phone and I called my house, my mother answered again, she said it was fine as long as I called her tomorrow morning and told her if I was going to stay longer.
I hung up and Wyatt picked me up and brought me up to his room, he was so strong I felt like I was flying, I just held onto him. He set me down on his bed and tucked me in, he then started to set up a bed on the floor for him.

“Wyatt what are you doing?” I asked sleepily.
“getting my bed ready”
“your not going to sleep with me?” I asked kind of bummed
“do you want me to?”
“yea” I yawned “you’re my teddy bear”

He chuckled and crawled in and I curled up next to him.
“you called me your what?”
But I didn’t respond I was already fast asleep.

That was the first night I slept in his arms.​

** ok, so classes start tommorw Bl so i wont be able to right as much, sorry guys, i also have One-Act practices at 7 every night so i might not get to the story, im hopeing i can pump out at least one chapter a week and 2 on the weekends...but dont get ur hopes up too high...and dont be sad if i dont post some for a bit

That chapter was cute, now i feel bad you won't post as much, but i'll have to wait.

chapter 9

Chapter 9
“im not a morning personâ€

I woke up for a few different reason, one; the sunlight was pouring through the windows so It was very bright in the room, and two Wyatt was breathing in my ear it tickled so I got up. I went into the bathroom and freshened up a bit, and trying not to wake Wyatt. After I was done I went back into his room, there was a book shelf filled with books so I decided to check them out, there were many different books, most of them medical information books, a few sports books, and a few fantasy novels.

I grabbed a promising looking book called “the alchemyst: the secrets of the immortal Nicholas Flamel†and sat down on a chair and started to read. The book was good and captivating so I didn’t notice when Wyatt got up, he walked over to me and kissed me on the forehead. “good morning sunshine†I said to him, he (to say the least) looked like he got hit by a train, his cute hair was all over the place, he walked like he was a zombie and he had dark circles under his eyes. “im not a morning person†he grumbled and went to the bath room to shower.

He didn’t come out for several minutes and when he did come out, he looked like the guy who swept me off my feet last night, he was wearing a UCLA football T-shirt and shorts. “what time is it?†he yawned and stretched. I glands at the clock on the wall. “five to two†I said.

“ohh wow I spelt in really late, how long have you been up?â€
“since ten†I said, still reading my book.
“why didn’t you wake me?†he asked and sat down on the arm rest of the chair, I leaned over and rested my head on his side.
“cause you looked so peaceful sleeping†I blushed.
“oh†was all he said and he laughed.

After a bit more of talking I asked him if he could take me home, I had homework to do and I needed to get it done.
“yeah ok sure†he said. “I have homework too†he glared at his backpack. He drove me home and I got straight to work on my homework. I finished around five and after dinner I spent the night laying on my bed thinking about him. Around 9:30 my phone buzzed and I picked it up.
“one new text message†it read. I opened it up and I didn’t recognize the number, it read.

“hey baby its Wyatt what are you doing tomorrow?
I texted back.
“lol how did you get my number?â€
“well, after you feel asleep, I couldn’t fall asleep so I read a book, and I saw your phone out so I…added your numberâ€
“ohh hahaha, well I don’t have any plans, what do you have in mind?â€
“you, me , lunch and a movie?â€
“sounds good!â€
“good! Ill pick u up at 12:00�
“ok ill be waiting till then!â€
“night babyâ€
“nightâ€

I closed my phone and pulled on my Pj’s and crawled into bed, to be honest I was very sad to fall asleep alone that night, it was weird, but after spending a night in someone’s arms the next night doesn’t feel quite right. I felt like I was missing something, missing him. I was getting a little nervous too because I was dating a guy, a guy that thus far is perfect. Ivey never had a boyfriend before so I really didn’t know what Im suppose to do.

I made a mental note to have a heart to heart with Wyatt, I told myself not to let him kiss me until I get some answers. I closed my eyes and fell into an uneasy sleep. I kept tossing and turning, I kept dreaming of a alchemist and he was trying to find the secrets for immortal life, I would wake mumbling some ingredients to a potion that would make you live forever. And then, out of now where Wyatt appeared in my dream, and he smiled and said.

im sorry sorry sorry it took so long for this chapter ive been UBER busy and ive never found a time when i could write this chapter, and ive had to start over on it like 3 times ><

i hope u like it and ill see if i can squeeze one more chapter in tommorow

Chapter 10
“I think I owe you somthingâ€

My alarm clock woke me up sharply, I all but threw my alarm clock at the wall. I laid back in my bed, sleep slowly coming back to me, as a began to fall back to sleep I suddenly remembered what I was dreaming about.

“Wyatt†I gasped and jumped out of bed, the memory started to flood back to me, “ he was going to say…he loved me†I started to blush, his face was to clear in my mind, I felt as though he really did say that to me, I thought long and hard, and decide he didn’t actually say it, it was all a dream.

I headed to the bathroom and showered, it was Sunday which meant homework day. I grabbed my back pack and started to do my homework, it was around nine in the morning when I started and not till eleven that I finished, I sat down and started to read my book when my phone rang.

I picked up my phone, it read “one new text messageâ€
I opened the text, It was from Wyatt.
“morning baby cakes, you going to be ready for me to pick you up at noon?â€
Our date!! I had almost forgot! I quickly grabbed a cute sweat shirt and a comfy pair of jeans and replied that I would be ready.
The time seemed to take forever, but sure enough around noon a small blue car pulled into my drive way.
“mom, dad im going out for awhileâ€
“ok!†my mom called back “be home before 10 it’s a school nightâ€
I walked out of the door, he was leaning against his hood, with sunglasses on, he looked cute, he was wearing a green polo. He smiled when I walked out of the door, and he waited till I got closer to him to call out “hey good lookingâ€, I started to blush, and I realized I was wearing a red hoody. He walked around to the passenger side and opened the door for me.

It took us about fifteen minutes to get from his house to the park. Once we found the parking lot he got out super fast and ran around and before I could, he opened my door. He grabbed some food that he had in the trunk and we found a nice spot under a tree, there was no one in the park and it was a beautiful sunny day. He sat there and ate sandwiches and talked about school and his friends…and my old friends.

When we were done eating, I worked up the courage to ask him my burning question.
“Wyattâ€
“yesâ€
“why do you like me?†this question took him a little off guard but after he realized where I was coming from he answered.
“well, there are two reasons why, because one, your new and interesting, and two im attracted to youâ€
“oh so im only good time you get bored of me?†I laughed, so did he. “of course not, you only good till someone better comes alongâ€

He gave me an evil grin and I have him the death glare, till he started to laugh and then I did too.
“why do you like me?†he asked
“honestly….I don’t know why I’ve never had a boyfriend before, and I guess your just someone that I have connected with, your easy to talk tooâ€
He smiled, and leaned in to kiss me, I leaned in too and gently pecked him on the lips, he looked bummed, I knew he was wanting more.

“ hold your horses cowboy, I still have more questionsâ€
“like what?â€
“favorite color?†I asked.
“blueâ€
“why?â€
“cause they are the color of your eyes†I started to blush.
“favorite food?â€
He laughed “steak its my favorite hands downâ€

We kept talking like this for a long time, till Wyatt checked his cell phone for the time, our movie started in a half hour, so he packed up and went to the movie theater, I was sad to the leave the park, I was having fun talking to Wyatt, he was so easy to talk to, and I loved it.

We went and got our tickets for the movie “7 pounds†and got our seats, the theater was empty and we sat and talk some more till the movie started, as the previews were on, Wyatt stretched out his arm and put it around me, I looked over at him and smiled, so did he.

“I think I owe you something†I said
â€huh? What’s that?â€

I leaned in an kissed him.

To be completely honest I couldn’t tell you what the movie was about,
I was preoccupied.​

 

Really good chapter, I thought that it was cool that you talked about why he liked you, gives more depth to the charthers

 

Okay, it seemed pretty predictable, but then the last sentence....it has me curious.

I actually read it a while back, but forgot to comment.

I've been following your story, It's pretty damn interesting. I'm pretty intrigued when you finish your chapters. I'm like "WTF WHAT HAPPENS NEXT POST LIEK NOAW".
