Dragons vs. Wolves

Tanwen roared in anger and flew away, not able to control her anger any longer.

 

"Fool, your ignorance of un-escapable events will be the end of you", Malin told Akua from the distance they where stood, his voice reflected no emotions.

 

Tanwen finally landed, still angered. "How can no one care about this war!" She knocked a few trees down before she was calm again.

 

"Learn to control yourself", Malin said still missing emotion.

 

Tanwen turned around quickly. "Did you follow me?" she asked accusingly.

 

"You where more interesting so I sent another me with you", Malin said as the body that was facing Tanwen turned into a purple mist and reformed on the other side of her into Malin's shape again, "But what you see is simply a projection".

Xalibur sighed as Akua called him a dragon. Why is it that no one understood that he was a dragon-human. Half dragon, half human. Not fully one or the other.
"You can be as old as time itself..." he whispered to Akua underneath the water as his claws easily reformed. "But you're still way in over your head, brother."
Quickly, he sliced at the dragon's chest several times, not really attempting to do any damage, but rather to distract him. Once there were enough cuts in the dragon's chest, he jumped out of the water and landed back on the ground perfectly.
"It's about time..." he said, shaking his wet hair. "That water was getting a little too bloody for my taste..."
At last, he noticed the others who seemed to be arguing.
"Great..." he mumbled, simply watching them. "No one seems to be able to control their anger these days..."

 

"interesting" Tanwen said with a smirk turning to the fake Malin's new position. "and what am I more interesting to you?"

 

"You have a less detestable manner compared to the others I have viewed", Malin commented, She might lead me to him without knowing it.

 

"I'm guessing that's a compliment?" Tanwen seemed almost amused. She began walking away."I don't need you following me." She spat at Malin before she was gone.

 

Malin's copy faded and left Tanwen alone.

The real Malin thought over which way he could achieve his goals quicker through which being.

 

Tanwen found a small empty cave to rest in. "That guy was right, I do need to conrol myself better." she said sitting down. she found that the cave was a former home to wolves whe were killed near the start of the war. She examined as skull, but was quickly bored and tossed it aside.

 

Xalibur jumped off of the ground and flew to the tallest mountains of them all. They were called the Mountains of Dawn. There he reached a large dark cave which he sat inside of and began to rest. The cave was completely empty except for several wolf skulls, a favorite decoration of Xalibur's.
"Soon, all wolves shall die..." he whispered coldly, leaning against a rock wall.
He never fell asleep, knowing that anything could happen within the time that he was not conscious of his surroundings. Instead, he took some time to do nothing but sit in silence as rest.

 

Tanwen shut her eyes, allowing herself to regain strength. She let out a deep sigh as her tired wings relaxed. "Tomorrow's another day." she muttered falling into a light sleep.

Bio: She had made friends with a dragon previously, but he was killed by wolf. She's not quite sure who or what to believe in anymore, though her loyalty still remains with wolves for the time being.
Other: Can become quite wolf-like when instincts kick in. Her sharp teeth can be lethal.

Tanwen slept uninterupted for a few hours before some wolves came looking for shelter. She easily took care of them and left.

 

Malin continued to walk along a mountain road after Akua left. He kept one hand by the hilt of his sword as he walked.

 

Tanwen took her time as she walked, not wanting to exel any extra energy. She had not gotten enough rest to fully recharge herself.

 

Tanwen turned around. "What do you want with me?" she asked, obviously annoyed.

 

"my problems are none of your concern!" Tanwen growled at him. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a war to fight." She started to walk away.
