    Because he looked the same even from GT. Remember he became mystic from the Elder Kai's power, he probably trained while goku became the dragon and he restored all his power that he lost. He may be a not stronger
    Plus he's a saiyan, they looks the same when they age

    But wouldn't that apply to anyone with sayain blood? I mean as we see at the end of GT, Pan becomes an old lady, which implys that regardless of her sayain blood, she can still age.

    That shouldn't apply, I mean I thought they just didn't age.

    Vegeta did say that Sayians remain in their Prime for longer than normal people. But when does that rule end?
