She chuckled. And looked down.
"Listen Gallad, you're very nice and all, but we just met yesterday. I think we should hold off on that until we know each other better," she said then kissed his cheek. She then winked and stood up.

 

He turned even redder when she kissed him on the cheek. "Alright. we will remain friends." he said. "But what about Requarth and Kiara?"

 

"Let them be happy," she said smiling. She rubbed her eyes a few times and sat back down.

 

"We should probably rest too." he said. He got out some blankets and gave her one.

 

She chuckled.
"I'm not tired. My eyes are bothering me again," she said.

 

"You can still use the blanket to keep warm." he said. He wrapped the blanket around himself.

 

She put the one he gave her around herself She rubbed her eyes a few more times

 

He took a cloth from the saddle and dipped it in the river. "Here." he said, giving it to her. "Place it over your eyes and rest. It should help. That's what I always do when my eyes bother me."

OOC: That's what I really do too.

 

She rubbed them a few more times and placed it over her eyes. She jerked back at first.
"Its cold," she giggled. She then put it over her eyes again and laid back, resting for a few minutes.

OOC: Cool, I might try that in a few minutes... my eyes are kinda bothering me now lol

 

"I always find a cool, damp cloth works best." he said. He laid down near her and rested himself.

She rested for a few minutes and pulled the cloth off. She rubbed her eyes again and saw everything going blurry. She didn't want Gallad to know though, she didn't want to worry him.
"Thanks," she said softly, rubbing her eyes once more.

 

"You need to rest longer for the damp cloth to take effect." he said. "I can tell your eyes aren't better by the way you keep rubbing them."

 

"It's not that.. My eyes are different," she said still rubbing them. Everything kept getting more blurrier. She knew the real reason, but didn't want to say anything.

 

"What do you mean?" he asked.

 

She took a deep breath and sat down.
"I'd rather not talk about it," she said, feeling her eyes water up. She rubbed them once more.

 

He got up and walked over to her. He put his hands on her shoulders. "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, but I wish you would." he said.

 

Kairotu dashed through the forest, faster than any human, with an unearthly grace. He passed by a clearing with the same riders so he decided to stop and say hello. He stepped into the clearing and smiled, his teeth flashing in the sun. Clearly they were mates, these two, and that made him happy. To see two people who could love each other. She huffed once.
"I don't have perfect vision. I have problems," she said. She saw some other person and didn't understand the language he spoke.
