Seems it is really happening since it's also up on IMDB now. I do hope it's good too because it has a potential to be if done right.

But this has no potential to be a be a good movie.Dragon Ball Z is way too over-the-top to be apadted to a Live Action movie.

what the f*ck... James Marsters played as "Spike" on Buffy The Vampire Slayer... how in the blue f*ck is he gonna play as a green Piccolo?!

I'm a "Huge" fan of him man, him making this move will f*ck up his career so bad, he's gonna wish he never had one. God d*mn it James!

 

I think its gonna be horrible and I'm gonna lost respect for those who acted in the movie. But I will be surprise if the movie is a big hip. :/

the story line is the same one from the Dragonball season so it shouldnt be that bad....

 

Isn't DBZ like the first anime series? If it's not, then sorry. I only watch Naruto, and I just started to enjoy the show, Death Note.

 

They have News, already, its coming out to teaters 8/15 , and Its not aDragon Ball Z live Action Movie, it a Dragon Ball Live Action Movie It went in Delvopment Since 2002, it better be good.

Wow, you have to be kidding me o.O. And here I thought the Dragonball Series had its run. I cannot..really know what I think about this, I mean, I'll definitely laugh when they go Super Saiyan xD, if they do, but...wow. They're really making cartoons into movies now (and books), and I'm thinking they have no originality anymore.

Though I do wonder, if trailers look good, and not half-a**ed, I think it may not be so bad. People doubted Transformers, but it turned out great.

 

this movie has gotten so much criticism its insane.
i hope they can prove me and the rest of us wrong....but i doubt it

with gravity defying hair styles, energy attacks, super speed, and a man that looks like a booger i dont think its possible.they could have atleast used a better chapter from the series as the story line. like having nappa and vegeta in it. piccolo as a bad guy was a bad choice for the story (in my opinion)

 

Shaolin soccer and 300 were great movies. They made it grreat with special effects, especially the first one. I don't think it'll be bad.

 

IMO, they should have stayed away form bad guy piccolo.

 

I think Piccolo's a better choice for now, though I'd rather see the Red Ribbon Army as the main villains.
