This better be the right place..... I was thinking, while replaying Dragon Age: Origins, cuz I have no life, I was going over the codex while waiting for the ps3 to finish saving, and it states that Pride demons are the strongest, then Desire, Sloth, and I think Hunger, then Rage. I always thought Desire would be stronger then Pride, originally. Any thoughts?
Pride is stronger due to the amount of headstrong people there are in that game, most medieval fantasy types are full of pride crazy people. Even The Warden is headstrong. Basically, pride is more dominant in that setting, but if it was in our modern age as a setting desire would probably be number one, since demons take power from the host and feelings of those who enter the fade. I think. But, if you notice the amount of Pride Demons there are to Desire Demons then it follows a rule of most adventure genre things, the less of them there are the stronger they tend to be. Though it could also be that every man has desires but not all have pride, meaning it's a stronger sin and therefore a stronger demon.
I haven't played Dragon Age, but those sound like the Great sins. In which case, the other 6 sins all stem from Pride so it makes sense it'll be the strongest.
