Downloading/Piracy

I know people who download whole movies, because they want to see if they want to go pay the 8.50 to go see it in theaters.

Personally, Im not for it and im not against it. We actually had this dicusiion at lunchthe other day, and the whole 8th grade was split on the subject.

 

well i'm nocturnal, so if i really want to hear a song right then and cant get a hold of it, or its not sold anymore i will, especially if its foreign(sp?) like dir en grey, i dont feel like ordering it and waiting for it to get here, although that doesnt mean i wouldnt order it later.

 

Well I think it can be good for helping local bands. Like it could be the easiest way to get their music out. And then people would buy the CDs after. I mean I guess it' ok if you buy the CD later. Cause you're still giving em he money that they deserve. So imo it's ok if you're planning on buying a CD. But as far as movies it's a big no for illegal downloads.
