358/2 Days Don't you think it's kinda sad?

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days was Wayne Allwine's last time as the voice of Mickey before he died suddenly on May 18.

I never realized how many other times he was the voice of Mickey before Kingdom Hearts, like Disney's House of Mouse and the Three Musketeers. I just thought it was kinda sad that this video game was his last appearance:(

To be honest I didn't even know who the voice of Mickey was until you said it just now. Though that is sad, I'm curious to see who the next voice of Mickey will be.

This was reported the day after he died on the main page of the website.
Threads were also made in the spam zone and Current Events section.
By the way, I don't think his voice made it on Days. There's no voice (cut scenes) with Mickey.

 

Isn't he a playable character?

 

It was really sad how he died. They'll hold auditions for mickey's voice though.

Yeah,they probably will.
But it's going to be different now. Even if the new voice actor is spot on.
It's not going to feel the same.

But it happens. It's a good thing that his legacy will live on.

 

Awwww~! I had no idea about that either until I read this thread. It really is sad. . especially if more of the franchise is released in the US they will have to find someone new to voice mickey. He's a key role in Kingdom Hearts~
