Ok, well I like the smudging thing you got going there, but you should put like some C4D's in there to at texture.
You should've added some FG effects, it's kinda bland...
Get rid of the text and add some stuff into the black areas, seriously it's really boring..I think thats really the only CnC I have to give..

How many times must I tell you? Don't. Save. Your. Sigs. As. A. Jpg.

Save it as png. All you have to do is when you save your sig, instead of putting .jpg at the end, put .png. The quality will boost, and it'll look MUCH better.

Also, I don't like the text. When using text, you should use a default font or something close to a default font to show simplicity and stuff. Using some crazy, twirly font isn't appealing and distracts you from the stock.

 

The smudging style it´s good, but it needs more texture, and I think sharpening parts of it wouldn´t help, try adding some small clipping masks in the sides and parts of the center using splatter brushes, text it´s choppy and pixely and it doesn´t blends in. Coloring it´s quite boring =/, and get rid of the weird border.

Oh yeah, and like Hissora said, don´t save them as .JPG >_>;. PNG. it´s better lawl.

Again, I haven´t CnCed in a while ._..
