Don't Leave

"I don't care what you do. I can live with this curse." he said. "In fact, I should live with it. I should pay for what my people have done." he said. "And what do you mean by your people? Aren't you a Rartain?"

 

"I was born here in Rartian, so yeah, i am. But I'm something else," she said. She took her hand and wrapped it around his wrist, holding his arm in front of her. She placed the tips of her middle and index finger in the middle of his forearm and shot a whitish color to spread on his body.
"It is painless, you shouldn't feel a thing anymore," she said. ​

 

"Thanks." he said. "But I didn't deserve that. I'm one of them remember?"

 

"You don't act it," she said sternly. Her eyes went up on him.
"I'm surprised you didn't ask how i did that," she said softly. She started walking towards the city. ​

 

"It doesn't matter to me, we'll probably never see eachother again." he said.

 

"What makes you-" she said, getting ready to ask, until she saw something plain from her mind. In her world she was able to see stuff before it happened. It wasn't rare, but it didn't happen but only once a couple of days. She was sad she wouldn't be able to make it happen. Her mind saw herself and guards, almost ready to....She shook it off and and shuddered.
"I have to go," she said quickly then started running down the street. They were heading for her home and she needed far away as possible. She got out her phone and called her brother​

 

"I'll come with you." he said, following her.

 

"No! Stay away!" she shouted at him, running faster. She was trying not to run her full speed, because when she did, it would tire her out more. ​

 

He ran up beside her. "I still need to repay you for what you did." he said.

 

She pushed him away from her
"Stay away and don't make me tell you again! I'm not asking, I'm telling you!" she shouted. ​

 

"I can't do that. I must repay my debt even if it kills me!" he said.

 

"I'm not asking dammit I said no!" she shouted, running her full speed. It was very fast, and she was almost a fourth a mile at ten seconds. ​

 

"And I have to repay all my debts, that's just how I am!" he asid, picking up speed.

 

Suddenly Vaahg was behind the boy. He grabbed his hand and flung him onto his back.

"You want to catch a vampire you need a vampire," Vaahg said grinning, revealing his gleaming fangs.

 

"What are you talking about?" he asked. "She's a vampire?"

 

"Thats not my place, ask her."

He was going low and fast, faster than any human could have. He pulled up beside Kimberly and shouted over the wind.

"It's very impolite to run off in the middle of a conversation. This gentleman wants to talk with you."

 

"Why are you helping me?" he asked, confused.

 

Vaahg didn't speak for a moment, thinking.

".......I don't know. I don't like impolite people so I decided to help you finish your conversation. Now talk with her not me. If you had wanted to talk to me, you wouldn't be on my back with me running at a little over 40 miles an hour."

 

"Thanks." he said.

 

"No problem."
