he realeased the arrow

yuri dodged it but it hit the house behind him lighting it on fire

"I'm gonna go kill myself. Don't miss me," she said. She smelled smoke slightly and groaned again. She was halfway up the stairs and It got to her senses before anything. Smoke made her cough and her eyes water. Last time, she even collapsed. She sat down on the staircase before falling back.

 

He ran to her and picked her up. "Come on Hannah." he said. "I just hope your brother isn't here." He brought them outside.

 

"HA!" Kimberly shouted. She pushed herself away from him and dropped to the floor.
"I remember now..." she said, sternly. She stood up and walked back into the house.

 

He chased her and pulled her back. "Stop it!" he said. "You're not going back in there! I won't let you! You aren't yourself! You're acting crazy!"

 

She pushed him off.
"Leave me alone," she said, as serious as she had ever been.
"You're working your way to getting a slap" she groaned as she started walking towards the house again.

 

"I don't want to lose the only friend I've ever had!" he said.

 

"Friend? You consider me a friend? You followed me everywhere and acted so nice to me.... You don't see how pointless that was," she groaned. She walked plain into the house, slamming the door.

 

He followed her into the house. "I'm serious!" he said. "Don't you care about anyone's feelings?"

 

"Don't you think I'm being serious!?" she asked.
"I don't care if someone will miss me... They should only think I can actually be free and away from this curse," she said.

 

"You're heartless!" he shouted, tears forming in his eyes.

 

Kimberly stopped dead in her tracks, feeling a sob rise into her chest. She let out few sounds trying not to cry.
"Don't you ever talk to me again!" she shouted sobbing. She ran out of the house and headed into the woods.

Jake came from downstairs.
"You better be getting out of the house, it'll go up in flames," he said. He could see it already happening in his mind.

 

"What's the point?" he asked. "The only friend I ever had hates me now because I called her heartless for not caring if anyone would miss her."

 

"Oh no, you didn't call her heartless," he said smacking his own forehead.

Kimberly ran towards the river, falling to her knees crying in front of the riverbed. She threw a rock in the water splashing herself with the water. She felt so horrible.

 

"I did." he said. "She acted like she didn't care about anyone but herself. That's acting heartless. She even laughed when I told her my feelings for her"

 

"Do you know for a fact that she has no heart?" he asked

 

"I was just saying she acted heartless, not that she didn't have a heart." he said.

 

"Either way, i think you hurt her pretty bad... That was how she died... Losing her heart," he explained.

 

"I'm a horrible person." he said, crying. "I deserve to die. I'm just as bad as the rest of my people."

 

"Come on, pull yourself together. Dieing isn't going to help anything... You shouldn't blame yourself because of your people... You should be a leader, and stop your people," he said, trying to give some sort of advice.
