Hmm, I'm surprised something like this happened again.

Several years ago, I believe it happened before 2000, a case just like this one occurred that pretty much placed pool maintenance programs and pool manufacturers under severe review.

I'm quite appalled that this happened again. Seriously, wtf.

EDIT: And yes, I'm 99% sure it was threw her anus. The old case before was caused by a kid who accidentally sat on the drain of the pool floor.

 

God, that's absolutely horrific.

I hope that never happens again.

 

...I'm kinda shameful for somewhat giggling at the idea of having your intestines pulled out through your anus. Imagine that.

Gosh, poor girl. Hope all turns out well for her, in the end.
