your deck should have in order
High attack cards (values 7 to 9)
    Reload Cards (Potions, Hi Potions)
Cure Cards (high values... about 7 of them)
    0 attack cards (any Kind)

any time you need to cure FIRST stock a keyblade card then two cures, this strategy prevents loss of cures.

break any of his Sleights with the 0 cards at the end, and reload if you need more.
dodge roll is a must here.

If you are still having trouble, don't worry. create a new file in your second slot and practise.

    easy.

use the same cure strategy for later bosses

    Thanks.

But it took... 17 hours for me to get there! Then again, I was busy trying to get lots of Moogle Points. Yay moogles!
    Anyway, I'll try that...

    No Problem!
and there are no difficulties in KH: COM unless you're comparing Sora's and Riku's story.

Try to use Omnislash and Holy if they're available in your deck. Both of them should do more than half a bar even if they're unboosted. Once you stuff a deck full of those, add in Cures and 0s at the end of your deck so that you can heal or Break whenever you need to simply by scrolling a couple of cards to the left. As for enemy cards, use the ones that will boost the power of the main attack of your deck (ex. Wizard for a Holy based deck, etc.), and add Large Body or Gargoyle if you have them as they work well for Riku's attacks. Filler Sleights you could use would be Sonic Blade, Judgment, or Blitz, but their damage pales in comparison to the likes of Omnislash and Holy.

Oh and uh, you don't mind me if I decide to post my advice, do you, DogBoy?

Could you explain me, how the battle system works on Re: Chain of memories?
I didn't play the original, so I'm a little confused about it...specially the cards..

    Watch This:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6nBlF3tePEs

    - Additionally, during a Boss battle against a boss without a deck, a green card with a Mickey Mouse symbol may appear. When used, it will change the battle field to help the player.

    - In the Select button tutorial section, it opens up the enemy deck, which is a deck full of enemy cards. When a card from there is used, a little counter will appear beside the deck. The effects range from powering up your attacks, turning you invisible, and even more!

    And this:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDRmSicvb_s

    - To correct the tutorial, one or two cards can be used in a Stock as well.

    - Also, Premium cards, which are Blue or Red bordered cards with a gold value and an occasional shine can not be Reloaded if it was used on its own. Stocking it as the second or third card can bring it back at a Reload, or when a proper Item card is used.

    - In Re:CoM, you can unStock cards.

    - Riku's Reload Icon doesn't need charging.

    - In Re:CoM, and while playing as Riku, if you have a tie with the opponent with your values, then you may "Duel". Basically, the enemy will have a card shown, and Riku has to Break it with a card in his deck. If the right amount of cards are Broken in the period of time, then Riku will perform a very powerful and high valued attack while avoiding damage. If the Duel was unsuccessful, Riku will take the hit normally.

    - Riku can go into "Dark Mode". If Riku gets hit, then the Darkness Counter will go up by one, and each time he CardBreaks, the number of the CardBreak will increase his Darkness Counter (and decrease if he gets CardBroken). After it reaches 30 or higher and Riku uses a card, then Riku will turn into Dark Mode. In Dark Mode, Riku has a different kind of attacking pattern, can use Dark Sleights, and his Dueling techniques will be stronger. His new Darkness Counter decreases each time he gets hit (minus 5), and will decrease if CardBroken (but doesn't increase if he CardBreaks). When it reaches 0, he'll turn back into normal mode.

    - In Re:CoM, Sora can do other actions rather than Jump or Dodge Roll, such as Glide after you reach a certain point in the game.

Both videos apply to Re:CoM, although there are some other things that I had to add in. Other people can add on anything I missed.

I don't know if it's explained already but
cards have values, 1 is the lowest, 9 is the highest, 0 is special
    9 beats 8 and lower
    8 beats 7 and lower
    and so-on
0 beats anything but anything can beat 0 after it has been played

in case it hasn't been explained

In the case of a tie valued CardBreak without Dueling though, the player that gets broken will recoil like a normal CardBreak, but no action will happen.

So if Axel plays a 1, and then Sora plays a 1, Axel will recoil as if he was CardBroken, but Sora's card won't be activated and will instead be used up without any effect.

I also forgot to mention that the highest number that Riku can increment or decrement his Darkness Counter is 9. So even if he Breaks a 17 valued Sleight with a 0, it would still only increase by 9.

I also forgot to mention that Riku can double jump in Dark Mode, and if he uses a Soul Eater card after double jumping, he will perform his Combo Finish without having to use two other cards to make a chain. (in CoM, at least, not sure for Re:CoM)
