    Maybe talking might help things out. Not one hundred percent of the time, but a lot of the time bullies are bullies because they have some inner issues. Be it at home, or some emotional scars from the past they try to ease the pain/fill the gap, by making others feel the same pain. I'm not saying some people aren't like that just because they can be, but you never know. Sometimes it's best to try and talk things out.
