Kingdom Hearts II Does Roxas seem more mature than Sora in KhII

You see Roxas's 6 days and when sora gets out of the sleeping pod, doesn't Roxas look more mature than me.

Hmm. It depends what you mean by mature. Physically or mentally?
I wouldn't say he was any more physcially mature than Sora but I do think mentally Roxas is in a league of his own xD Sora is so immature in KH2, its frustrating. Yes, the emo kid is the most mature. x3

 

He is more mature than Sora,he is serious,but Roxas has a funny side also.Only to his friends.

 

Yes, I do believe Roxas is more mature than Sora. It's obvious in how he handle things, questions, and seems to have more common sense. He picks up on things, and tries to find answers, and while furious or challenged he may Keyblade the hell out of you, I would think he can gain a sense of more control and patience. For example, Roxas would not have gone and stupidly blabbed and insulted Demyx with such lack of tact. Of course, I would say his pent up anger and emotions, let's just say, or "emoness" when in TT was rather out there, but you also have to take in the fact of what he was going through. People he doesn't know appearing out of nowhere claiming they know him, weird vortexes, sudden pauses when his friends walk, experiencing odd things and creatures, etc. More so in the end, where he lost everything.

In 358/2 Days, I feel like he's even more mature, just by his quotes, words, and complete demeanor, yet at the same time, kind and cheerful. I believe his "emo" would show up once in a while as proven, more like sadness this time, and I think we may find the real, sane Roxas.

Bascially, I love the kid ^.-.

 

I actually felt that Roxas had the same level of maturity as Sora. Being more serious doesn't mean he's more mature. He showed strong traits of selfishness, stubbornness, forsaking friends, putting aside things for his own personal agendas etc. He also was not so perceptive when it came to other people's feelings.

Sora shows immaturity in the way that he is ignorant to that which is going on around him because he follows his heart more. He isn't the smartest person but he does try to get along with nearly anyone he can. He isn't what I'd call book smart but even though he's naive and his perception can hurt the soul, he is someone that reaches out to others.

So to me, though both were different in some ways, I can't see either as being more mature than the other. They both had shortcomings that reveal their ages rather clearly and both at times act well under their ages, lacking commonsense and logic to figure out some basic answers. The difference is that one is more self-absorbed so he doesn't see the world around him clearly and will even mislabel friends while the other is less self-conscious and so doesn't perceive things unless it's something to do with the heart. So many people assume because Roxas is more 'serious' and self-centered that he's more mature. I just don't see it. I think they were both on par, just that they both came from different points of view.

Well maybe it's because Sora was wearing his KH1 clothes and in KH1 he looked like a kid :/ But anyway I think Roxas does anyway

Roxas is way more mature than Sora, but that might be because he's a nobody...

 

In Organization XIII? Definitely. When he remembers everything? Definitely. When he's with his friends? About the same.

 

no xD, he spends the game *****ing about doing homework and getting money to spend time with friends, and his response to riku's question is memorably "Shut up!" such a kiddy remark.

 

When he's around Hayner, Olette, and Pence, I think Roxas acts about the same as Sora.
When he's in Organization XIII, he's a lot more mature than Sora.

 

roxas is more mature but it could be because of the company sora is in... if he wouldn't have any friends or the ones roxas has he would be more mature:) but hey how could sora not have friends his just so great personality:):):)

yes that is true but its kinda weird isn't it that roxas differs so much from sora cause he is hes nobody...

 

I think they have their own personalities, but also something same in them...

 

Yes they share common things but they are still so very different.. So alike so different...
