Kingdom Hearts II Does Roxas have a heart?

I agree with DJ RVR.
In the story, it is told in FM+ that Axel is jealous of Roxas for having a heart, and asks him if the rest really do have hearts. Also, in KHII, there is an obvious scene where DiZ and Roxas have a conversation conserning Roxas sharing Sora's heart. But Roxas keeps denying and in the end, is synced with Sora due to the fact they met. Giving Sora his full self again.

If that applies for Roxas and Sora, than I will go with Namine and Kairi as well.
But what's odd if that Kairi and Namine were still active during Roxas' existence. Guess the same didn't apply for Roxas and Sora. Haha

 

Roxas obviously did -not- have a full Heart and at most had a portion of his former Heart, or he would not be a Nobody. I believe he had some of his Heart, mostly because of being tied to Sora and his link grew to it with the additional Keyblades of Oathkeeper and Oblivion which tied him to Kairi and Riku. If he had not had the Keyblade, I doubt he would have been so special, but that's the point of it all is he was probably a left over part of Ven that was bonded to Sora in BBS. As far as I recall, you -do- need a Heart to wield a Keyblade so I believe he had a portion of one but definitely not the whole thing because otherwise he wouldn't have been a Nobody.

he's a nobody so he does not have a heart but in his time with sora he bagan to get the feelings of a heart and when he merged with sora he became whole

 

I think roxas' means of life is the heart of the warrior ven.According to
the ansem report "Roxas is the truest meaning of the word nobody.He has no body,
or soul" which made me think that he needed some form of medium to live.I think
Vens heart was transfered into Sora at the KHII:FM+ secret ending.Once sora
impaled himself on the keyblade of darkness.Once vens heart had the chance it escaped
to form roxas.He only had some memories and he might have had his own memories but
they were buried so deep that he couldn't access them.The only reason sora need roxas
was because he contained some soras important,character building memories.

 

Let's just say this:
Since Roxas is half what Sora is, Roxas has somekind of a half heart.

 

maybe not a half heart but maybe since he is a recent nobody he may remember more of his heart than for example Xemnas does

Since Roxas has memories of Sora and memories of his days in the org, those two sides of him formed a single heart! Genius! Why didn't thinked of that!

 

yes because what is the meaning of the heart if not for your true memories (KH has shaped a few of my many theories on the heart and soul) and when those conflicting sides merge than one has the truth of the heart light AND DARKNESS perfect axelrific

Since Roxas has memories about Sora and memories of his days in the org, those two sides merged and formed a heart! The light that merged those sides was the friendship between Axel and Roxas!

 

And the love between Kairi and Sora. Besides that that was kind of like my theory

 

I always thought it was because Roxas's other half (Sora) was still alive and still had a Heart. O.o
