Does anyone hear like showing horses?

I'm home-schooled, so I have a lot of time to show horses; I'm currently going to be doing Dressage riding, but maybe a little show-jumping, too. I wondered if anyone here liked horses, because I have horse books cultured all over my room (not to mention Kingdom Hearts :D).

 

I love horse's I take care for my drandma's her name is dixie but the problem is that she hasn't been broken .i have to break her so we can ride her it's hardXP

 

Well I am not exactly you ultimate horse girl, but I have been doing it sometimes just for fun.
I have beein jumping in some challenges pretty many times and stuff like that.
I am also helping a senior at big events sometimes (;
But I am doing much more karate ;D

 

Yeah, I love showing, especially the English disciplines. I plan on having dressage as my main aspect, and maybe a little hunter/jumper, too. Do you know any place where they had English tack? I live in SoCal, so the only places I know are State Line Tack, Dover Saddlery (they're back east) and Dressage Extensions (I don't know if they have a store.)
I going to persuade my mom one of these days to start a show stable and train Belgian Warmbloods, and other show horses. And to think no one on KH-Vids liked horses! :D

My mom used to board a horse a while back.
I love them :D I love dressage; its my fave disipline...And during the olympics, its definately the best thing to watch...
I usually go to the washington international horse show, on the jumping night. WOW its just so incredible...Ive been to the tripple crown race but REALLY BAD EXPIRIENCE. ahhh such a horrible time
Anyway-trail riding is so relaxing, used to do it on every vacation...
Do you guys collect model horses at all? I used to be into the breyer, but stone has gotten my attenttion...Their models are so gorgeous! I can post pics if youd like:3

 

Nah, I like the real thing. The Breyer models make me want to make the horses come to life.

 

Its just so damn $$$ here in va...2 years ago i think it was 600 bucks for ONE MONTHS BOARD ;___;!?

 

W-O-W. Hey, what's your favorite breed? I love Arabians, they're so photegenic. Have you ever heard of the photographer Gabrielle Boiselle? I have one of her books and its called 'Horses'. The pictures are so gorgeous.

 

I LOVE horses but I don't own one nor ride one T-T and I LOVE them

 

I haven't ridden in a while but will start...*just need those friggen dressage boots and hunt coat and helmet!*

 

I like Haflingers for their color-
and Icelandic Horses because theyre from the place I was born...I LOVE clydestales, belgians, percherons all those draft horses. And PasoFinos..Chincotegue ponies are so cute:p

My mom is CRAZY about arabians...I fell in love with this son of this famous arabian[I totally forgot his name o_o] but hes like one of those iconic arabians. The horses name was Shakeem...Wow that horse was so incredible...Ill ask my mom the name of his father-

 

Yeah, Halfinger's are very exotic and Arabians are gracefull to me. I'd love to show on one.
