Okay this might be creepy fan post but I've been staring at the image for a while now and it's still bugging me

Based on extensive research (google search) Matt Smith is around 5'11 (corroborated with how he seems similar in height to Karen Gillan, who is also reported as 5'11, and a bit taller than Alex Kingston, who is 5'7, but probably wears some kind of heels most of the time) and David Tennant is 6'1. So how...?

I can't believe that this image was posted and this is what I'm worried about ugh

It's prob just the angle but ugh

Matt wears high heels now. high heels are cool.

I was looking at the picture in closer detail, and from what I can see, there's no evident tampering or pixelations around the double digit doctors. Either this is real, or magic.

Oh yeah it looks way too good to be Photoshopped but I dunno, the height thing has just been driving me nuts.

There is a chance Matt is standing on something, if they aren't standing on the same level that would make him appear taller.

The angle probably has something to do with the height difference.
Notice how the image is crooked? It makes sense.

But haha, I will enjoy these two together on-screen so much. <3

The Zygons will appear for the first time since the days of the 4th Doctor in the upcoming 50th anniversary episode!

Actually, Clara does die, but not for long. Technically dead, but revived. So she just barely made it this time around.

Well, at least they wont' be getting them mixed up. It's good to know we won't be seeing a swap of roles for the two . . . or will we?

I just saw a really odd yet fitting theory for Clara.

It seems quite farfetched, I know, but the more I think about it the more possible it seems.
I mean, our previous theory would've seemed just as ridiculous if we hadn't seen this past season yet.

    Anyway, thoughts?

It's a shame that the jack theory isn't true- shattered in that episode.

I loved it! Although the ending felt a bit weak. They just left Mary who was a large part at the beginning and it just felt of incomplete. I was sad the leaf had to die but I loved the story behind it and I recon that theme of things at exact moments will play a big part in the rest of the series. I also found the doctor stalking claras life at the beginning quite amusing and glad she remembered, I hope she remembers the events from the Bells of Saint John prequel even if they weren't overly memorable.
I hope you enjoy that episode and I'm excited for the ice warriors next week.

Also, Christopher Eccleston is said to have dropped out but I am still hoping this is a bluff because I loved the ninth doctor.

I really liked today's episode. Wouldn't say as good as last week's, but I still thought it was good. Also, something's been bugging me about the day Clara's mom died, March 5th, 2005. That was the day of the Auton attacks from "Rose." Connection?

Yeah that sounds about right and oooh that does make things interesting. This 50th is sounding goood. I also noticed 2 references to Alice in Wonderland- 1) she doesn't want to sing and 2) he doctor quoted walrus and the carpenter I think.

Victorian Clara's birthday was the 23rd of November, the day An Unearthly Child was aired, and Doctor Who was born. Personally I think Moffat's just messing with us coz he can XD

Yeah I noticed that about the dates also!
I loved this episode!! I thought it was very referential of past episodes, particularly The Satan Pit, The Pandorica Opens, and The Beast Below. The speech the Doctor gave towards the end was phenomenal and I thought it was such a quintessentially Doctor Who moment when Clara stood with him and, even, outsmarted him with his memories vs. the leaf (like how Amy took the chance with the star whale in Beast Below).

    Two things did bother me:
I didn't like that Clara had to give up her ring AND the leaf (though she did get the ring back) because the Doctor was wearing Amy's glasses throughout the episode. I thought it sort of... selfish and thoughtless on his part.

The TARDIS not allowing Clara in and also not translating for her is definitely significant too, I think. It doesn't try to throw her off like it did for Jack, but I don't think it sits well with the TARDIS what an anomaly she is. I guess we'll see if this is repeated. Could there be something sinister in Clara's ability to die and return? Perhaps she is a trap set for the Doctor? This makes me even more interested to see River and Clara meet (or, probably more accurately, Clara to meet River), though--it's very possible that River knows that something is up, and River is the child of the TARDIS.

But the thing is, the revived series didn't return March 5th. It returned March 26th, 2005. Had she died on March 26th, then I would agree that Moffat is just messing with us. But instead, she died on a day where a very important event happened within the show itself. I am 99.9% sure Clara's mom was killed by Autons. That would probably be an important reason for Rose's appearance in the 50th.

The episode had a very George Lucas vibe, didn't it? The alien diversity and the style of it all, plus ancient forbidden temples, *cracks whip*
The script was so so, some parts could've been improved. Though yeah I did like the speech, finally we see Eleven acknowledging past events implicitly like the Last Great Time War and the destruction of the Time Lords, and Clara's touch of companion magic was quintessential, agreed. :)

I know right? Leaf, sure, well it was a big part of the plot, but as for the ring, if not Amy's glasses couldn't he have gotten any of his old junk in the TARDIS? I'm sure he has things with emotional attachments in there in excess..
Moffat says there's going to be a sort of love triangle, but it's 'not what you'd expect'. Hope River comes back soon so we can figure this all out! And I still think she's the shopkeeper Clara meets but idk, I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Oh, well that does change things I suppose. Yep yep that would tie her to Rose.

Speaking of the 50th, Kate Stewart's in, so that would imply UNIT: http://news.drwho-online.co.uk/Jemma-Redgrave-Reprises-Role-As-Kate-Stewart-For-50th-Anniversary-Special.aspx
