at this rate square would be idiots to not include Frozen in KH, the number of fans that are absolutely CLAMOURING for it

 

I wouldn't say idiots, I'd say smart, if they added every Disney film fans were a fan of we'd have too many worlds with piss poor content and focus. I'd rather a Treasure Planet or Fox and the Hound world over Frozen any day. People only want Frozen because it's current.

 

I don't get how a Frozen world would work at all, but I've never seen the fans so consistently want a world

 

I guess why the talk for more current Disney stuff is so high is 'cause of Disney acquiring full Pixar rights and whatnot (and thus Disney releasing more CGI films over 2D animation). But yeah, I don't see why they wouldn't add it in lol. It kinda would be one of their selling points for people to buy the game (other than the KH fans).

Yeah, I thought the lyrics could have used some work but hey, at least they didn't say "Who will I eat ice cream with?" which makes it better than Days' writing by default

I want them to add Frozen if they can make it good. I would still love Toy Story or another Pixar film.

 

A highly profitable property and another highly profitable property that can make the other highly profitable property more profitable then it already is.
Seems logical from a business standpoint but like hatok said, not sure how they would pull of Frozen in KH...

Treasure Planet world! Actually, I wonder how that would be. Just Sora landing on the Treasure Planet itself, or hanging on the ship or what...?

 

Well actually, I was going to make a topic about it, but then my brain came up with an idea. I'll put it in spoilers for people who don't want the vague plot of Frozen spoiled

Just make it so when Elsa leaves and unleashes her snow powers, she also releases heartless (because of her sorrow, or whatever), including a giant heartless. Then, during the climax, have Sora and co unable to defeat the giant heartless, and then when Elsa gets over her issues and learns to control her powers that defeats the heartless, or makes it so Sora can defeat the heartless. Or whatever

 

Pretty much this. The only reason this movie got popular is its opening song mixed nostalgia goggles. I haven't seen it yet admittedly, but the amount of nonstop crap about it is making me not want to less and less. I have tried to avoid spoilers and I still know everything that happens in this movie.

 

The songs get so much attention that the smaller details don't tend to be covered much. It's not the most amazing movie ever, and I'm sure history will remember it that way, but it IS good, good enough that it will almost definitely be a classic for a new generation. The comedy is surprisingly well executed, the characters don't get much time to breath, but they're likable and flawed enough to work. It's also gonna be remembered as Disneys first really explicit step away from the whole marriage/love at first sight thing, which they've been trying to subvert for years.
Honestly, the longer you wait, the worse it'll probably seem, I'd recommend just getting it over with.

 

And most important, Olaf isn't overly annoying. Every time we have a non-human talking character, they end up being insanely annoying, but Olaf isn't. he can be annoying in certain parts to the intolerant viewer, but for the most part, he's actually a likable character.

 

I think the trick is that he isn't over the top, and he only steals focus from the actual plot for one scene, otherwise he's a valid character like the rest. He has the same solid comic timing of the rest of the cast, too.

 

I think you're forgetting the small fact that when you saw the movie, you probably didn't have every twist, turn, and line of dialogue imprinted into your brain. I can probably write the damn screenplay at this point.

You know what's annoying? Having hundreds of people telling me to love this guy because he's not annoying >_> Not saying you were doing that, I'm just saying the fans kind of created the haters in this case.

Know who else isn't annoying? Pretty much every movie villain ever (some exceptions may apply). But I didn't love many of them.
