Do you think there should be more FF in KH?

Maybe add Kefka, that's all that comes to mind. But then, since we saw how KH handled Seifer and the rest (and, well, KH pretty much flanderizes the characters in general), maybe not.

 

I'm not a big fan of the Final Fantasy series, I've never played FFVIII and I only played FFVII for halfway through or something, but I like Leon and Cloud, although a bit more action would be nice. Especially in KHII Leon was a bit dull, restoration comittee give me a break. It would be nice if you could add Leon or Cloud in your party or something.

Also, it would be awesome if they could add Vincent.

I don't think KH should distance itself from Final Fantasy to get its own image, because Kingdom Hearts revolves almost entirely around Disney worlds, and some of the most important characters are Disney characters. Kingdom Hearts will never completely have an original image, it's just a mix of Disney, Final Fantasy, and original characters, and it works.

 

Still, I would love to see more FF, especially the newer ones. Balthier would be EPIC! Maybe Basch too, throw in Jecht and then yep, definitely Vincent. That would be so awesome. KH revolves around FF and Disney, as mentioned before, and it works. but I think there needs to be more FF in it.

 

Since it's mostly KH x Disney, I kinda expect them to have just new added KH chracters and whatever Disney movie/games they decide to choose from; Yea it would be cool to see more FF characters..as well. Though not every FF game is developed by the same cast. - So it would be cool if others like Vincent were in the game too. I agree with the FF12 characters from above, yea Baltheir would be awesome. :D

 

Not really. Instead, the current ones should be further integrated into the story, like they were in Kingdom Hearts 1. Since then, it got too caught up in the KH OC. KH is supposed to be Final Fantasy and Disney, but it feels like the Disney and Final Fantasy worlds are closer to filler than actually playing a part in the plot. KH1 was good, because they played a part. The princesses were extremely important, and we had the Final Fantasy cast as the driving support in the game. Now though, we've got the OC of the KH franchise doing that. I pretty much want everyone to play the sort of part Mickey plays.

Since he can't say who, I want to assume that it'll be someone who hasn't been used yet (My heart aches for Ramza).
My guess, though, is on main protagonists such as Lightning, Noctis (depending on when FFvsXIII and the next KH game come out), Zidane, Vaan (I could see more of FF12 in it, though) and...well, hell, even from some older games. So pretty much anyone from Dissidia, I could see them being used.

As for other characters, I would love to see Jecht, but I doubt that (unless they finally decide to give the Destiny Islands kids parents)
-Rinoa (Leon's main reason for changing his name? Maybe he couldn't save her and felt ashamed. She would be his happy ending/credit scene)
-Reno and Vincent (these I doubt have a chance)
-Kefka, omg, Kefka. New secret boss? Please?
-I'm not too sure about Terra since we already have a Terra and the other FF protagonists we have seen have been human. Unless they don't state her Esper heritage.
-Zidane for sure.
-Lightning and Snow as mentors or something.

I've never played FF12 so I can't give much input on that.

 

I can see how both Lighting and Noctis can fit in KH3. Both games are/will be made before KH3. And to answer the question about more FF in KH, yes. There should be more. Every world in KH is Disney with a few original ones. I don't see how some Ivalice world couldn't be added. Or maybe even Cocoon and stuff.

 

I think they should add more FF bad guys. Like Kefka or Garland, that would be pretty cool. Sephiroth is kinda getting boring D:

 

I prefer more Final Fantasy characters from different games, but I'm guessing Nomura will only add FF characters that he only made (with the exception of Vivi because he was well loved).

Two characters I would love to see are:

Gilgamesh: A hilarious reoccurring boss that seeks Sora's Keyblade. With Gilgamesh's ability to travel the Interdimensional rift he will be a perfect person to add in KH

Shadow: Since Setzer and Shadow were the only characters Nomura creates for FF6 it would be nice if Shadow was added. The way that I think Shadow could be added is that he could randomly appear on worlds and then be hired to join the party for a certain amount of time and then leave the party. I doubt he would be in but its just wishful thinking

 

Some more FF may be nice but it could also give Disney a chance to put more cash in their giant overstuffed wallets. The FFVII and VIII cast is getting a little boring. Add some XIII and/or some VI. I'd love to see Terra as a party member using all her spells to help you. And Lightning or Snow would be cool too (Maybe you visit TT and Snow fights with Setzer...). A FF themed world would be nice as well. It doesn't HAVE to be Cocoon but that'd probly be one of the best to stick in there.

 

As much as I like the final fantasy characters I don't really like them much in kingdom hearts because you don't get Sora wandering around in the final fantasy games. It sort of feels like kingdom hearts couldn't exist without Final fantasy. On the other hand I think the final fantasy characters give kingdom hearts a nice feel as extra characters.

 

I don't know about wanting more FF characters, maybe a few; what I'd really like to see are Final Fantasy inspired worlds.

Nah, there's enough Final Fantasy in Kingdom Hearts to last the game a lifetime. It could use a few more of its characters, at least ones that aren't making cameos. About worlds, I don't know.

Definately! FF characters add a brilliant aspect to the storyline..and they're great to fight too!

 

Though I love FF I actually think there should be less of it and more Disney as they had in KH1. Where the worlds actually played into the plot instead of just being there. But if they can get both Disney involved and FF, like they should, then yes, I would love more FF.

 

I think there should, but not an extreme amount. A character or two where it fits.
Because honestly, right now there's five characters from VII and one from VIII and Moogles. That's not Final Fantasy, that's pleasing fans. >>
As much as I love VII, I'd also like to see some of the older NES-era characters too...I imagine during the Keyblade Wars not every world was peaceful, I could see them working in characters such as Warrior of Light, Garland, Firion, Cecil etc. into some kind of battle setting. Basically the warrior and knight-type characters.

 

After only recently playing Final Fantasy X and X-2 i think a bit of those games areas or characters would be nice. I mean Yuna, Rikku, and Paine already made their midget fairy debut and the added Auron but what about adding Jecht as a secret boss or maybe adding in a mystery about the Tidus-Shuyin conundrum. A bit more FF would be nice but I can tell those two games would get plenty of fans to back up that type of request.

 

I would love if they somehow incorporated Spira into it ... but I don't see it happening any time soon due to the fact that they already put Tidus and Wakka in as characters on Destiny Islands. I feel like 9 is under-used in KH. There's so much potential, but the only character in it is Vivi, and he doesn't really do very much. Although, I do quite like having the moogles there, I would like to see chocobos in a capacity other than being a gummi ship ... again unlikely ...

 

If they were to somehow put Chocobos in there... I am very curious as to how they would do that and if you'd be able to ride them around for however long you want and in minigames likes they have in FF games. That'd be fun.​
