Is this a joke? Seriously, with a powerful enough telescope, I believe you can actually SEE the module they left behind. If that's not proof, I don't know what is. besides, what about the people who saw the Apollo 11 launch, firsthand. How would the space program justify bribing every news network in America to go along with it? No, no, there are too many things wrong with that conspiracy theory for it to be valid.

I guess it is possible that it was a hoax, but I don't really believe it was. When I was younger I would have said yes based on the fact I adored conspiracy theories like this one, but as has been mentioned, there are too many things that throw doubt on the idea of it being a hoax.

I guess it is one of those things that we won't ever know 100% for certain, we can only theorise, but hey, that is the same with pretty much everything in life.

There is satellite that can shine a laser on the moon and bounce back off of the flag that is placed there. Personally, I think it was a great achievement for humanity. Was it a waste of money that could've been used better? Yes. Was it awesome? Heck yeah.

I don't think it was a hoax because then how would we be able to do the stuff that we do now. not only that but the president called them. I don't think he would call for nothing. people who believe it is a hoax, are crazy.

Well, let's look at it this way: It was true. If it wasn't, what would they achieve? There's no point faking that action to the moon. They wanted a step forward in humanity, not a achievement that's fake. Besides, if it was fake, think of how much money they lost just to fake it.

Don't know and honestly don't care. Why bother faking something like that anyway? And even if it was faked, we've got it covered by now.

I kinda agree with Ray on this one, I think it happend, but we'll never really know. I mean, even on Mythbusters (/nerd) they tested photographs and other things, and all turned out to be that the landing could have been true.

    So I really don't know :/

I'm pretty sure the flag wasn't because of the wind.
No one would have been so stupid to create a video like that.
Also If the video really was faked then i'm sure they would've created it in some green screen studio with no wind either. :/
I don't really care if it's faked though.
