Birth by Sleep Do you think that BBS would possibly be able to have multiplayer gameplay?

is 358/2 days a multiplayer game?
and yes it would be great
they should have had it for kh1 and kh2
co-ap would have been perfect but even a little 2 player battle section where u can use any character would have been great
but since theres 3 main characters in BBS it should at least be co-ap
that would be the best kh game yet if it was

More or less. Probably Co-op. I don't think that a Terra vs a Terra would be that great.

Multiplayer..

I doubt it. I can't really imagine it, either. The only way it could be multiplayer is if people were to battle each other and frankly, I think that's kind of useless. KH has always been a 1 player game and I don't think it'll change.

:/? CoM for GBA only let you play as Riku or Sora. It didn't allow other people with GBA's to battle others with GBA's, right?

And btw, BBS being co-op would be pretty interesting to say the least but again. :/ I just can't imagine how that would work.

 

There would be 2 PSPs. On both of them it would show the screen divided in half horizontally, and on the top it would be the protagonist that you would control, and the bottom your Co-op friend. It would basically be continuing the story except that two people could play it at the same time.

 

I can see how that would work...they could do it two ways: exploration style or "coliseum style."
(I made both up but they arent new concepts)

Basically exploration style would be a way of completing the game, but with two-three people. Each person would control either Terra, Ven or Aqua and they would all be in a party together, similar to Sora, Donald, Goofy style only all party members are controlled by one person. Cutscenes may or may not be included, but it would be a cool way to progress through the game. Besides, the "battle" from the BBS trailer looks like it could be multiplayer. Doesn't it?

Next would be Coliseum style. Basically, you fight large amounts of the new enemy, wave after wave, or seed after seed similar to the kh cups (like the hades cup and all those other ones). All 3 of you would fight bosses together...

It's highly likely that BBS will include some form of multiplayer. The PSP is the kind of console that lends itself to multiplayer gameplay. However, the fact that Nomura hasn't confirmed it yet makes the whole idea a bit dubious. As for what form it would take, I'm not sure, although a co-operative system is probably more likely than a versus mode.

 

Well it WOULD be really really cool. However...(Uh oh here's the dream smasher guys!) There most likely will not be multi-player. It would be hard to do and would take tons of new planning, Ideas, fields, redesigning moves, new animations, etc. and would probably get the game delayed even more and no one wants that. Not that I'm saying I wouldn't wait for multi-player to be put in. I just don't think it will happen.

 

I'd like to see it with regular old fashioned multiplayer. Player vs. Player. It'd be fresh since there's been nothing like that in KH.

 

Everyone would love something like a multiplayer but the thing is if it wasn't as good as the actual game it would bring down the games general rating.

In the pics that I've seen I think u play as Terra and Ven, so in a multyplayer game u play as them.

But Nomura didn't specifically said that the game would have multi-player options... Therefore, its only a speculation at the moment until he officially states so.​

 

Well, it's on PSP, so there could be a possibility of online connection.(I am not sure, because I don't have a PSP yet.)
