358/2 Days Do you think Days will get ported?

I just wanted to hear everybody's impute on this.

I thought the game was great. Putting it on DS allowed multiplayer and the map at the bottom screen.

But do you think Days will get remade on PS2 or PS3?

I mean a fully 3D game like what happened to Chain of Memories.

That would mean voice acting and real cutscenes.

I would love it if they did. I can only see it on PS2 but if they make it on PS3 I think they should have it be online so you can team up with friends online. I think it would be after KH3 though. Mostly would come with KH3FM for Japan then go worldwide without FM.

Whether it gets ported or not, I'm starting not to care. It's WAY TOO SOON for a port anyway.

 

No, I'm 99,9999% sure it won't be ported. There is no point in it.

 

i would have to say that it would not get made on ps2 because it was good on ds why make more of it it would be a whast of time i think you can't perfect perfection

 

The only reason COM was made for the PS2 was because it wasn't in 3D. 358/2 Days is in 3D so there would be no need to have it ported to the PS2 or any other console.

 

1) there will be no PS2 port as the FM+ was Nomura's final game for the PS2. I could sooner see it on the Wii, but -

What would the extra's be? Play against KH1 Bosses? :lolface:

 

Nomura said about the only reason why they didn't start production on one was because at the time he gave that interview, the English version with the English voices wasn't released.
That is no longer an issue now.

How about the months we didn't get to see what was happening that had immense plot value?

All the Riku-Xion interaction since you know, he's the single biggest influence on her in the game, half of Axel's time in Castle Oblivion, more Saix-Axel insight, some more insight about other members since for a game that was supposed to feature the Organization, we got nothing about them in large, etc

 

Once again, Nomura stated in a interview that it can be a possibility, but it's too soon to tell now.
In any case, it looks like it won't happen.

 

I fail to see why not. Especially if Nomura said the only thing keeping it from happening was that at the time of the interview - the English version wasn't released.

 

A final mix would be a remake, wouldn't it?


And also, KH2FM+ wasn't planned at first...

No. It's the same game only with some tweakings and additions. A remake would be the CoM -> Re:CoM transition.

You can say a Days FM is actually planned. Nomura didn't reference it for nothing in the Days Ultimania.

It's already in 3D, has voice actors, and has real cutscenes. It doesn't need to be ported.
