    One thing that is two things combined generally costs more than the one of those two things that many people will buy regardless of plans to buy the second thing. And besides, Nintendo cares about making money for itself, not for its customers.

    If it adds extra functionality, I think so. I've heard rumors of Monster Rancher being the main seller for it.

    And I think I also heard it's be around $10?
    Could be wrong on that, but it's not going to be expensive.
