Do you listen to music while playing games?

If I'm playing like Socom or something and everyone on the headset sounds like a little 11 year old with a high pitched voice, yeah I'll use my headphones instead. xD

 

I do on RE5, only because there isn't any music playing.

 

I usually play Relient K's "Five Score and Seven years ago" album when playing any KH game.

Otherwise, I might play Disturbed if it's like GOW or COD. For GTA, I play a lot of Nickelback for some reason. o_O

 

All the time

Hardcore for fighting games

and the rest just relaxing music and hip hop

I use it on any game, unless its a singing competition or Guitar Hero. Usually blaring from speakers, too. It makes me feel less lonely, and helps me play better ^^

 

No... I don't think you can listen to music on the PS3 while you play video games... I guess maybe on my iPod...

Music is essential to gameing and Im not talking about the in game music, Im talking about an individuals taste in music. I listen tock, hard rock, and alternitive rock.

 

I like the music that they put in video games...

 

I've been listening to TLoZ: Wind Waker soundtrack lately while playing Pokemon Platinum. Weird.

 

Unless its a game I havent beaten yet, I'll probably listen to music, regardless of the genre.

 

I must say, I do love having playlists for each of the online games I play on my Xbox. Sooo conveiniant. If I'm playing Halo 3 I just go to music and hit Halo 3 playist and with GoW2 tis the same thing.. but with more screamo music and less instrumentals.

 

If i've already played the game then yes. I listen to a lot of music when I play Halo games. xD ​

 

I used to listen to a lot of music while playing games.

But then I started buying games that had a lot of cutscenes so I stopped. XD​

 

FPS, racing games and sports games only. RPGs usually have great music, games like Metal Gear Solid also have good music, basically only the things which I've heard millions of times before and have gotten bored off.

 

Depending on what games i play yes and no. When I'm on the computer playing an mmorpg. sometimes Runescape, ill listen to music ALL THE TIME. Aiden/Bullet for my Valentine/ Silverstein.

When I'm playing my Xbox 360 no. Especially enver when I play F.E.A.R. the music makes the game want to blow yourself up with a mega cannon. or shoot yourself with a sawed off.

 

Only when I'm training in an RPG(say, pokemon)where the same music keeps playing over and over.

 

sunday i was playing Halo online with Disturbed indestructible.

 

Er... usually... if I get bored of the background music after a while. I mostly listen to music when I play Chain of Memories on Gameboy.
