I have watched the Lost 1-4 bought from dvdcollects.
Do you know any other drama like it?

 

If you like Lost, I would suggest Heroes.

Try 24, it's very action packed, but very political/government based, dealing with a Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU), in which Jack Bauer(main character) is hunting down quite a few ppl, and trying to imprson them, while in the meantime his family, friends, and entire working force is in danger. (It's an awesome show)
Very action- packed, and an all around great watch :D

 

I haven't seen Lost, so i can't exactly point to a sure fire example on tv that compares. I may suggest Jericho. It is, in principle, similar to Lost in the sense that people are trapped in Jericho Kansas after a nuclear blast has wipped out all avenues of communication with the outside world.

 

You might like Fringe as well. It's created by J.J. Abrams, who produced Lost, so it's got the same mystery/creepy element to it. xD

My top 3? Heroes, 24, Fringe. Very good plots and excellent acting skills. These 3 shows will keep you guessing to the end. 24 hasn't been shown in a while due to the writer's strike that happened, but they wills show it soon. They put up a recap of what's been happening in real-time.
