Do you guys listen to other music when you play certain games?

It's only racing games that I can listen to other music. Fighting games and games with an actual story, that's a bit harder for me to do.

 

Yeah, I like hearing the action stuff and the characters voices(if they have them). Listening to Crazy Train while playing mario cart is intense though.

 

Whenever MMOs have moddable music, I have a good time grinding. I just replaced all of Vindictus's music with awesome Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts/Golden Sun/Pokemon remixes.

 

Well when I play Runescape and am bored I'll normally listen to my playlist I made on youtube for just the occasion. Also when I get bored of any game I'll usually listen to the songs on my cellphone. There was also one time when training the drives on KH2 that I listened to techno while in Valor mode where the song actually synced quite well with Sora's attacks. The song was a semi sped up version of DiDiDi by Bass Creator.

 

I always keep the video game's songs up.
Unless it's an MMO of some sort, then I'll just listen to random songs in the background.
Handheld games I can deal with listening to music with, but I can't listen to other songs while playing a console game, can't deal with it.

 

Eh, sometimes. Whenever playing Raging Blast, I often turn up Lost by Haji's Kitchen. But other than, I love most of video game's OSTs and intend to enjoy them as nature intended.

I'll sometimes play actual music videos or music from other games, mostly the latter.

I mostly listen to stuff from Spyro, currently.
