like.... matches. match. match. match. Why are they called matches? What do they match? They should be called like tiny fire sticks or something. And the word answer. Why is there a "w" in the word, like what the hell? It doesn't do anything. It doesn't contribute. And whoever came up with the idea of putting water in plastic and selling it is a genius.
Repeat a word often enough and it sounds/looks weird. I had an existential crisis a few nights ago over my name.
Seriously. I once thought about the word "boy" too much, and I just ended up starting to think of how weird it was to say and why. Words are strange that way
Why do they call mountains purple when they're gray? Why do they call them Greyhound buses when they don't allow animals?
I think about these things too often. It's one of the reasons I can never edit with text: I go crazy after 20+ minutes of picking out fonts/placement and staring at the letters before thinking "How do these even form a word? The english language is ridiculous."
Because as an eggplant develops, it looks like an egg in premature stages, going from a lavender blush, to a purple-esque color. #producemaster gotta grow em all.
