I pose a question for you: Do you believe in a Dark Tower?

If you don't understand what the heck I'm talking about, let me clarify:

The Dark Tower, in Stephen King's fictional multiverse, is the center of the universe, and the meaning of existence. What is the truth? The Tower.

Now, let me ask my question:

Do you believe that the universe has a central point that is not only accessible, but manipulatable, as well? Do you believe that the destiny, the ka, of all things, is intimately connected to this pillar, this marker?

    I submit to your commentation.

I wouldn't know, and I don't think I ever will. It seems certainly possible, though I am a believer that the universe is a neverending zone. Once you reach the end you end up in the beginning. Therefore there is no center.

It seems very intriguing to believe the universe can have a central point, like a nerve for all things. Kind of like where things all began once upon a time. It seems to make sense, in that way, at least.

To answer the question, I don't for sure know if I believe in it. I kind of do, but kind of don't. I'd have to think more first.

    No. No way.

You might as well be asking if Barney is the center of the universe.

    I quite like that idea.

I know what you mean, Darky. Who but The Being who crafted this world can say for sure? I believe that, somewhere, there is a Tower, but, at the same time, how can that be possible? It just seems so absurd.

Universe related topics are so frustrating if you really get into it. I believe in an open universe, that is to say, one that expands. Closed universe theories create horrible paradoxes that just make them inconceivable. When we get into subjects like this different aspects of abstract thought arise. I'm not leaning towards the thought of something like that too much. Manipulable? Meh. It implies that we could totally alter our reality, or in a metaphoric sense, pull a single thread of cloth and crinkle the whole fabric. I'm not a very surreal person though, so my reluctance to agree is to be expected. Than again I can't conjure a thought/agree with a present one as to how the universe was first created. Depending on a person's standpoint and opinion on associated beliefs, the statement can be either plausible or illogical....I'd rather remain neutral. I haven't enough decisiveness to conclude to one answer~

Oh heck yea i believe in it. And the beams are holding us all together, I think there is a center to everything, and for all we know it can be a tower. Protected by Northcentral Positronics.

North Central Positronics? Who cares about them? All their tech is falling apart.

And by the way, when I say "manipulable", I mean as in, oh, say, a Satanic, godlike evil attempting to totally destroy it and bring down the universe as we know it.

By the way, I do not literally mean a tower-that's just how it appears in Stephen King's multiverse.

Hmm, a single point for the center? That's a little hard to grasp, so...no. It's a cool idea, though. Very cool.

Keep in mind, however, that this Tower has an infinite number of levels, and on every level there are many worlds (My theory is that Kingdom Hearts is the Dark Tower on another level).

You might be able to understand once you see the commercial for the new space show on the discovery channel. If you did you'd do the same thing! *Just kidding* :D. I think space is endless, what's out there I don't know. But I'm sure it's A-MAZING.

I can't say that idea is easy to believe, but the idea of the universe having a central point is interesting. But if you thought about it, would you really believe that the universe has a center of that kind?

I honestly think that idea is crazy and unbelievable, but still interesting.
