    I think you should change 2 months to 1 month cuz 2 months may seem like an eternity to some n00bs. at least for me it was.

    KEEP 'EM! If they whine tell them to go out and get their 100 posts, then chillax untiil they've been a member for 2 months, infact a member who wants to join a family as soon as they join sounds a little needy to me <.> make them wait.
