Do we need a reason to help people?

...maybe XD

Anyway I have made this mostly so I can understand the points of helping people so I can help myself. other wise i'd be posting in the help with life section.

 

well...i say it's a good question...
but we know that almost everyone would reply with the same answr...it is never certain just how much we trust somone to help us...

 

Yeah, I was kind of hoping for a wider range of answers. Ah well.

 

I would like to think that people would not need a specific conscious reason to help other people, but too often a reason is needed.

This can range from being guilt-ed into it, being told to, forced to or even by accident. Even people who do things without needing to be asked may be doing it to make themselves feel better or to improve their standing with their peers.

 

Reason: Because I want to :]

 

Of course everyone has a reason whether it is seeing a smile on the face of someone or getting some form of reward there is a reason for helping people.Some people help others for the secure feeling inside that you are good.
