    Yeah, you're right about the shounen-ai meaning fluffy romance and yaoi the more sexual term. I do believe It's also applies not having to make sense, hence why it's very common to have random pairings. Just the essence is to get any two boys into bed. And yeah, I admittedly like that <:

    I suppose very little about yaoi makes sense. I shall admit that when I was a newbie on DA I though it was something canon I had never noticed. XD Like Sirius Black and Remus Lupin, I almost thought that was true to the HP story. lol.

    I don't hate it per se; I just think it warps characters when they're not, in fact, gay. Same with yuri; if the character isn't lesbian, don't make them so just for your own twisted amusement.

    Personally, I don't think the choices are all that great. There is no choice for "it grosses me out," the only option anywhere near that is "I hate it." I chose "I like it" considering it doesn't gross me out, and I don't read it (other than Gravitation).

    But don't worry, we've got more than ten years to turn this pole around XD
