Do the Dew

Everytime I see the Mountain Dew commercial I wonder how do you do the dew and why do they usually follow the commercial up with a commercial on how aborptions are bad. Anyone have any idea why they do this and how you do the dew?

 

I'm immune to the dew as is many others I know of

 

I wouldn't know, the last time I saw a Mountain Dew add was in sixth grade o_o​
