Kingdom Hearts II Do nobodies die?

I don't think Nobodies really die. I think they're like a touchable illusion; even if they do disappear in darkness they come back once more. You know, like never endless wandering souls? It would be kinda scary to think that after you went through all that trouble to kill off the Organization and then they just pop up stronger and powerfuller than ever. Ugh...

 

Still Alive

I believe Xemnas is in some form still "living." Since nobodies don't truly exist, then they can really die. Also Xemnas was driven into a form we didn't see the other members of Organization XIII go to, either because A. he's the final boss so the fight has to be long, or B. he had some sort power beyond the others.

 

if the body dies then is just the sprit left!??

 

I'm sure Xemnas is dead. Or i HOPE so*looking around in panic*

 

They're nobodies.They just fade back into darkness like they was never there.

 

I thought i saw one interview here that said when nobodies die there bodies go into suspened animation if they cannot rejoin there hearts

 

Well...If nobodies are the body and soul that were cast off when they became a heartless then they have souls..so..they can die. The body dies and the soul goes to wherever it goes after life. Makes sense right?

 

what i don't get is in this video game what is the differance between a heart and a soul? They seem almost the same...

 

In this game, I think a soul is just a life force. And a heart holds who you are: emotions, memories, etc. But that's just a guess.

And Xehanort/Xemnas is too stubborn to disappear completely. Somehow he'll come back...

 

I've got a gut feeling that we'll see Xehanort's whole being in one of these games. though out of all the parts of a human the body is the easyist thing to create. so i think the nobody is gone.

 

Ansem the Wise DID mention that Xehanort seemed to have some sort of extra special talents for his age. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Actually, when one becomes a Heartless, the body and the spirit merge to create a Nobody. It was in an Ansem report in KH2.

 

Now we get into the whole ansem report thing. The Ansem reports can be wrong you know. Sure they haven't been proved wrong yet, but I would put it past SE to try and throw us off like that. Besides the whole ignorance speech is almost guaranteed foreshadowing.

 

ok it's like this in com vexen,zexion,lexaus,marluxia,and larxene died right?then later on in khII they return from the scene they don't die they return to the darkness and later on when they turn into nobodies they reform jus like that
