Well, everything I've posted here as of late were drawings from ages ago. Huhuhuhu. Except maybe that Larxene drawing :sideways: . . . but anyway, this would be the most recent one, LITERALLY, as I'm still working on her and she is still very unfinished. ^_^- So before I get a move on, is there anything that I must change/fix/add/remove?? O.o'
You are all welcome to kill me at her feet. I can't help but stare at their awkwardness. Dx And why the semi-nude? Well, I'd seen a photograph of a woman sitting like this, and the photograph was AH-MAY-ZING. I just HAD to sketch her up. Also I'm trying to improve on my anatomy of human body. ;)

Other than the left elbow being a bit too pointy compared to the other one, is PWNSOME. Absolute ingenius. Simple, someone's backside, but so well curved (kind of frisky, lol, but even sex can be art) and done! P-W-N. If you're looking for shading and any criticism on artwork, some of the artists here can do better, but this is awesome to me.

 

xD Thank hun. The dull elbow actually got cut, otherwise it's just as pointy. xDD I didn't realize it when I scanned it. :sweatdrop: And I was too lazy to scan the whole thing again. Hehe. But yeah. I guess this is one of the few drawings that I actually am proud of, and the shading turned out really good [better than any other times I've shaded my sketches], for some reason, perhaps because I didn't finger smear! 8D, though again, I see a few mistakes, and those will have to be fixed. ^_^- Well, glad you like it.
As for critiquing, being the artist my mother is, she totally butchered it. T_T LULZ

 

LOL. But I seriously see nothing wrong with it. I'm trying hard. Yet, the more I watch, the more I LOVE how you did her hair. It's so flowy and rich. Can't believe there are mistakes. Wish I could see them so I could provide a better post on your work.

 

Well, honestly the mistakes are very minor, though I'm wondering if a certain someone will be able to catch onto it. ;) Well, let's see of she does. Her feet are bugging me though. Don't know what's wrong with them. Dx And this HAS to be the BEST hair I've drawn in my entire life of art. xDD Over generalization, but you get the point. I HONESTLY love this picture. ^_^- What background should I give.

 

It is. I really like the hair the best. Reminds me of a river. You should be proud.

As for background, probably something the wall of a home, or one of those bead curtains. Considering she's naky xP, it should be inside. Unless she's free-spirited xD. I don't know, whatever you feel is best. Where did the inspiration come from?

 

Well, the inspiration was from a photograph. I was in Barnes & Noble with Brandee, and I was looking thorugh a photography book. And I came across a photo of a nude woman sitting in that position . . . and she was in the Grand Canyon. xDD Well, I don't exactly have the skills to draw the Grand Canyon, but I need a good solid background. It's had becasue of her position and posture, I cannot really put her at home either. O.o'

 

Nice xP. I was wondering, since I was thinking that you saw a belly dancer or saw someone meditate ^^;. Hmm. Then maybe in a private place, with nature. A waterfalll, the amazon, a river, etc. Something that you can easily do.
