DMC4:Nero's Arm, Vergil or not?

Where do you find out the order.

i was looking for stuff to draw in it the other day i would scan the page but the comp. my printer is on is'nt plugged in right now...

The DMC series has a very loose continuum concerning all the games since the stories in each one are rather thin to say the least. What can easily be determined is that DMC 3 is the start of the story, followed by the original DMC game. I'm still hazy on how DMC 2 and DMC 4 are ordered as Dante looks the same in both and carries the same sword. I trust libregkd's information but as I've said the only clear connection within the DMC series is DMC 1 and 3.

 

*sigh* We might as well just confirm the order one...more...time.

Devil May Cry 3 > Devil May Cry > Devil May Cry 4 > Devil May Cry 2

If you can take two and two together, play/beat the games and understand what happens in each game, you should figure it out now.

Vergil is dead. Period. Dante killed him, or rather, you killed him. So unless they decide that Dante can somehow bring him back either through a very, very, very large supply of blue and yellow orbs, he will stay dead. Stop wishing he was still alive.

Just because Nero says he wants more power, does not make him related to Vergil. I mean, there are heaps of people or demons in the DMC universe that want power. I believe until it is confirmed, Nero's arm does not have any relation to Vergil.

Btw, Wikipedia is a terrible source for information.

 

ok fine he's dead. But why would they make such a crappy ending for DMC2! In the ending Lucia hears a motor-cycle outside Dante's Shop and rushes out. What kind of ending is that for a sereis! Thats why I think they should make one more game to finally end it. It doesn't even have to be a game! it can be a movie or a book! If they do make one more game they don't even have to call it DMC 5! The makers can call it Devil May Cry: Something,Something,Something. lol what ever new name they come up with. So what do you guys think?

Anyway now I know the rumour about Neros arm being vergil is just a rumour.
